The app is easy to use, shows clear and cut availability and pricing, and saves our a lot of time compared to searching for parking manually. It's easy to use, Booking in advance gives peace of mind, and the overall experience feels smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended for anyone who wants simpler parking. **What do you dislike about JustPark?** JustPark is helpful, but the experience isn’t always smooth. At times, parking availability shown in the app doesn’t fully match reality, which can be frustrating. Customer support responses can be slow, and some listings feel overpriced for what’s offered. It works in many cases, but there’s definitely room for improvement. **What problems is JustPark solving and how is that benefiting you?** JustPark solves my problem of wasting time and effort searching for parking. It lets me find and book parking in advance, which removes a lot of stress - especially in busy areas. Knowing where I’ll park before I arrive saves time, avoids last-minute hassle, and makes travel much more convenient and predictable. ### 2. Once space is found it is also quick and easy to make payment. Easy to use and not looking coins in my car! **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Peter E. | Head of Learning and Development , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2022 **What do you like best about JustPark?** Justpark is great when you get to a car park and see the logo on the side of the payment machine - it means that the annoying bit of finding change, getting out the car and working out how long you will be there for then paying is null and void, you pay online in the air conditioning of your car and when your time is almost up they ask you if you want to extend - meaning no rushing back to put more coins in if you are having a good time **What do you dislike about JustPark?** Not mush really - I do dislike the fact i have to have multiple car parking apps on my phone when i go for day trips with the family, I have a folder in my phone of just car parking apps Some aren't userfriendly but Justpark is very ease to use and intuative **What problems is JustPark solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease of parking - especially with a car full of kids that just want to get out and go to the beach / shops / town Parking is stressfree when you have JustPark being used by the car park ### 8. Just Park has saved my hide from being tanned by the CEO after heading into the city late and almost not finding a parking space. It's saved me time also at Lenox. I don't know why parking is such a big deal but it's a life and deal breaker in many instances here for me. **What do you dislike about JustPark?** Just Park works great here in Atlanta, but when I went to DC it was garbage! I don't know if it's that the city is more congested or the app just gives inaccurate information, but in DC Just Park was complete garbage. I've used it in LA as well as Boston while visiting my daughter on campus. I've never had the issues that I had in DC for an entire week. It wasn't just a one off. It was literally the entire 6 days I was there for business. **What problems is JustPark solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am solving the issues of finding a space near meetings and locations where I'm showing a property. It's perfect for me in the commercial real estate industry. There are times when I have had to meet clients and potential buyers in the oddest of places. So to be able to reserve parking does two things for me. It gives me a definite parking spot but it also is a built in GPS for me and for the potential meet site with vendors and potential buyers. ### 10.
