The only area that could be improved is the reports section. It would be great to have an option to generate reports without weekends (since we’re an office space), because that would give us more accurate percentages. In fact, to be honest, we fit into the free plan, so we don't have to pay anything for it right now. This tool is wonderful for us. It's very simple to set up. Each team members has his or her own login account. It is designed for sharing an office and is therefore a much better solution than just sharing a calendar. We are not using all of the features (such as sharing a parking space too). It is nice to know those features are there if we need them in the future. Our application is very simple. Just 3 people sharing an office to avoid conflicts. **What do you dislike about Dibsido?** There is nothing that I dislike. **What problems is Dibsido solving and how is that benefiting you?** Dibsido solves the problem of sharing a room among multiple brokers by preventing scheduling conflicts. We can see each other's reservations and schedule our appointments at different times. Multiple log in methods (SSO, etc.) made it favourite with IT. Simple but effective interface, I love the Parking map - such a simple feature but because it's interactive it makes things easier to visualise. Fantastic support (used a few times at setup, always quick). **What do you dislike about Dibsido?** Never had any problems after setting up, runs reliably - can edit users parking places and groups without issues. Phone app is a great addition (would have got a dislike if not available). **What problems is Dibsido solving and how is that benefiting you?** We tried Outlook calendars, it turns into a mess after you add over 10 parking places - it was unreliable, took multiple bookings and was slow to refresh.
