**What do you like best about Parkable?**

Made it much easier for us to utilise the space of our carparks, with a great app and administration tool that lets us manage and book carparks really easily. We have been able to give more employees access to parking and a more flexible way to arrange parking as well. Our staff can now work in a more hybrid way, and commute off-peak hours as well knowing there's a carpark waiting for them.

**What do you dislike about Parkable?**

Being able to select between corporate and personal cards to pay, can pay with different cards, just a bit more logic.

**What problems is Parkable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our problem was we had more people wanting to park than carparks, but no way of knowing when or who needed a carpark. and with Parkable, it's become really easy to plan ahead and assign carparks based on exactly who is coming to the office. Previously we had to use Microsoft Excel to keep track of parking bays, now we just use Parkable.

**What do you like best about Parkable?**

Easy to use. Can book corporate parking and public in a simple to use app. Like the reminders when a park becomes free. Great to be able to maximise parking bays when people are away. Love that those who have a permanent spot can make their park available to others when not in use. Has some good features like being able to open the gate from the app. Map is useful to see where public parking is. I use it every day and it really helps me to get a good park.

**What do you dislike about Parkable?**

Everything works as intended, could be some improvements made with some of the flow, but nothing major.

**What problems is Parkable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps me by allowing me to get a car park when it is not in use. I don't have to ask around, the app tells me when one is free. Great that we can maximise the use of this valuable resource.

**What do you like best about Parkable?**

- ease of booking
- instructions on how to park
- notifications when there is a free spot available
- easy to use map with parking locations and clear pricing information
- logging in and starting to use it was very easy
- I do not use it very often but never find myself lost / not remembering how to use it
- reliable 
- as it is our work app it feels save to use outside of the work as well(storing credit cards, etc.)

**What do you dislike about Parkable?**

-I don't know if it is Parkable or our configuration-related. Still, the booking parking for tomorrow is available only since 5AM~ which is very challenging when there are limited spots available on our parking. 
- again - it's probably not on parkable side - but we have frequent problems with opening the gate for the Gladstone parking remotely via the app - it would be good to have some alternative options/instruction available if that fails

It helps me to park for free when travelling to work. 
It helps me to find parking easily when our work park is not available.

**What do you like best about Parkable?**

Using Parkable at Ojifs for our office parking has been excellent. The user interface is seamless and user-friendly. The onboarding process was exceptionally simple, and the Parkable team has been incredibly helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone in search of a reliable and innovative parking solution. I have an allocated car park waiting for me at the office and when I’m not coming in, I share it with my colleagues - I love the concept.

I have nothing negative to say about the system; it delivers on its promises.

The concept of having a permanent spot while being able to share it when not in use is a fantastic idea. Overall, using the app has been very straightforward and user-friendly, making it easy for everyone in the office to navigate. It's a step in the right direction for managing parking efficiently at our workplace.

**What do you like best about Parkable?**

I can't rave enough about how Parkable has transformed our parking experience at Homecare Medical! The ability to check parking availability before heading to the office has been super helpful. It saves so much time and frustration, especially during busy hours. The app's user-friendly interface makes it a breeze to navigate, and I appreciate how intuitive it is. Honestly, using Parkable has made my daily commute smoother, and I haven't encountered any major issues. It's a fantastic addition to our workplace.

Making parking available "everywhere" I appreciate that I am not limited to (often expensive) parking facilities and I can often find carparks closer to where I need to be. 
For work, it makes it really easy to book a carpark in advance, rather than having a small pool of people who "own" carparks due to limited numbers.

Our business is growing however the number of carparks are not enough for the number of staff we have therefore it allows for a pragmatic and easy solution to ensure all parks are being utilised when staff are away or on holiday. It also allows people to manage their parking on their own and be more familiar with the process

**What do you like best about Parkable?**

Being able to quickly lookup an available `parking slot and get your parking sorted without worrying if you would get a parking or not if you reach there. Lot of parking places available whereever you go.

**What do you dislike about Parkable?**

At times, people do occupy your booked parking slots and there should an IoT based approach where you do get notified about other available slot. Again this happens say once in blue moon to a user but does happen.

**What do you like best about Parkable?**

Parkable has been an absolute lifesaver for parking at 2degrees! The app makes parking easy and stress-free, whether it's finding a spot at the office, or finding public parking in the city. It's convenient to have all my parking needs managed through a single app. The Parkable team has been fantastic too, always friendly and quick to help me with any issues I come across. The app's innovative idea of checking availability on my phone is a game changer. I highly recommend Parkable to anyone looking for a seamless parking experience.

**What do you dislike about Parkable?**

Haven't had any major issues with Parkable. The app works great, my only feedback would be around parking sessions not starting for failed payments, maybe there should be a grace allowed to a customer of maybe 3 parking failed payments before kicking out the customer from an allocated car park.

**What do you like best about Parkable?**

I really enjoy using Parkable! I check into the admin panel daily to see our parking spaces, bay allocations, and occupancy. I love that the system covers tasks I would usually have to do, freeing me up to focus on more important projects! As an example, the Parkable system takes stock of our parking availability and automatically allocates all our spots for the week ahead among our employees in a fair way! This maximises our parking utilisation, and allowed us to give access to parking for additional employees.

**What do you dislike about Parkable?**

Before Parkable, only people with allocated parks could access our parking. This meant spaces were often sitting empty when people were working from home, off sick, or on holiday. Now, allocated parkers can share their spot on days they’re not using it via the app! This makes parking more accessible and equitable! The admin dashboard takes a little bit of getting used to finding your way around, but once you've done it a few times it is simple to use.

**What problems is Parkable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before going live with Parkable, we tested the app with a small user group. We received positive feedback which gave me and our team the confidence to go ahead with the full implementation at our South Australia office.

It was really easy to implement Parkable. The Customer Success team guided me through configuring the platform to match our set up and then provided all the resources I needed to roll out the system to our users! They’ve continued to provide prompt, friendly, and professional support whenever I’ve needed it. 

We’ve now expanded our use of Parkable to our Sydney office, and they are loving it too!

**What do you like best about Parkable?**

I have been using Parkable for nearly a year and only have good things to say!

In the admin panel, I can see the status of each bay and the assigned parker in real time. I love that from one place, I can share bays on behalf of the allocated parkers, easily book visitors' parking, and open the gate from my desk

The team at Parkable is incredibly supportive and swiftly responds to our questions. The technical team consistently makes improvements to the software and adds new features, enhancing both the admin and parker experience.

**What do you dislike about Parkable?**

All our parks are stacked, which is a challenge to manage without a system. Parkable's tandem parking feature set allows users to be connected with their buddy in-app to coordinate their leaving times and avoid being blocked in!

Sometimes our parking stackers need to be taken offline for maintenance. Using the admin panel, I can make these bays unavailable for these occasions. The availability is fed through to users in real-time so they know if there’s space for them to use or not.

**What problems is Parkable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a combination of stacked and solo parking spaces. Some spaces are allocated, and others are available for staff to use as they need. We implemented parkable to optimise our parking utilisation and improve our staff experience. 

The tandem parking features have been particularly game-changing. The app connects tandem parking buddies to coordinate their leaving times using in-app messaging. This means I don’t need to be a liaison!

The bay-sharing feature means that allocated parkers have their space reserved when they need it and can make it available to colleagues when they don't. This has allowed us to maximise the utilisation of our limited parking. 

I genuinely enjoy working with the Parkable team! I really appreciate that they go the extra mile for their customers.

**What do you like best about Parkable?**

I absolutely love using Parkable at my work, AIA. It’s made securing a parking space at the office a breeze. My office is located around the city fringe so parking can be an absolute nightmare - very expensive and hard to find. Parkable makes my commute less stressful because I know that I'll have a  committed parking spot for me at the office and for a reasonable price! The app integrates with gate access controls as well so I can open the gate from my phone or through automatic licence plate recognition. This also ensures the parking lot is incredibly secure.

**What do you dislike about Parkable?**

The App and its platform work perfect. The are no issues or anything to dislike. It's a very simple straighforward booking  app, really easy to use.

**What problems is Parkable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Parking has made a lot of unused spaces available to users to consume, and leverage from the opportunity. It has opened up the doors for users like me to gain access to secure and undercover parking at a reasonable and affordable cost. It has also most importantly enabled me with the flexibility to drive in and out multiple times, and be flexible with my commute.

**What do you like best about Parkable?**

Parkable has been amazing! The app is super easy to use. I can check availability, book immediately, and even request parking in advance. The best part is that I know a week in advance whether I have a confirmed spot, which allows me to plan my commutes more efficiently. This has been such a useful tool for our staff!

As a member of the admin team, I have access to the admin panel where I can view all our parking resources. I can see who is currently parking, identify any incorrect parking, and override bookings and requests when necessary. The dashboard is incredibly user-friendly and it saves me a lot of time that would otherwise be spent on managing parking.

**What do you dislike about Parkable?**

Parking is limited at our office and in the surrounding area. However, having Parkable has been incredibly helpful! More than 50% of our parking spaces are allocated to individual members, which adds another layer of limitation. However, Parkable allows these parkers to make their spaces available when they're not using them, giving others the opportunity to park onsite. This leads to better utilisation of the parking spaces, increased availability, and an improved parking experience for everyone!

Parkable's software is excellent, and it perfectly complements the amazing team behind it! The Customer Success team has been incredibly supportive and responsive to all our queries. **What do you like best about Parkable?**

I have been using Parkable for over a year now, both as a user and an admin, and it has been an absolute lifesaver!

As an admin, my plate is already full with multiple ongoing projects. Having a system that automatically manages our car parks and provides me with complete visibility of the operations is a dream come true! It means one less project for me to worry about; I can simply set it up and forget it, knowing that everything is being taken care of.

As a user, I can easily open the app, share my parking spaces with my colleagues, and even recoup some costs for the days I'm not using them. This is a significant advantage for our staff, as they only pay for the days they actually utilise the space.

**What do you dislike about Parkable?**

I haven't encountered any negatives so far, but honestly, I wish we had implemented this system earlier! Before Parkable, managing our parking was a major challenge, and it was unfair to everyone involved.

While I sometimes have questions and need help understanding how certain new features work (as we used to have someone else overseeing Parkable), the team has been incredibly helpful! They always take the time to provide support whenever I need it and offer comprehensive guidelines on how to navigate the system.

Parkable has been a lifesaver for me as an office admin, saving me precious hours each day. The user-friendly admin panel offers a seamless experience and provides me with a great overview of our parking spaces.

I love that the system automatically allocates available parking to everyone fairly and assists staff members if there is a problem. It reduces unnecessary work for me!

With most tasks automated, I don't really need to take any action. I only log in to check our parking activities or if I ever need to review any bookings or requests.

Introducing a new system to staff can often be challenging, but the Parkable team guided us through the process step by step, explaining how everything works and providing invaluable resources and training. Their support was super helpful in ensuring a smooth transition.

**What do you like best about Parkable?**

Implementing Parkable has significantly improved the parking experience for our staff and myself as a workplace experience manager. With the admin panel, I have full visibility of our current parking activities, upcoming bookings, and shared allocated parks.
 

One of the main reasons we chose Parkable was for its integrated access control and comprehensive reporting on car park utilisation. Having this data at our fingertips helps us make informed decisions about our parking assets in the future.
 

Our staff love that they can access the car park hands free thanks to the licence plate recognition cameras. They also find it easy to use the intuitive app to book and pay for parking on the days they come into the office.

**What do you dislike about Parkable?**

Before we implemented Parkable, many of our parking spots sat empty as there was no way to share them and no way to see availability. With Parkable, allocated parkers can share their spot when they don’t need it and drivers without an allocated spot can book a park when they need one. This maximises our utilisation!
 

We experienced an issue with one of our licence plate recognition cameras a few weeks ago. While the issue was due to other contractors, the Parkable team supported us to solve the issue promptly so the impact was minimal!

Overall, the solution is fantastic and the Parkable team is amazing!
 

Parkable continuously develops new features that benefit us. They recently added a customised attendance report which tells us who has booked a space but not turned up and used it. Having this information helps me understand real occupancy and enables me to make informed decisions regarding our future parking requirements. 
 

In-depth training from the Parkable Customer Success team equipped myself and my team to fully utilise the admin panel and manage most of the parking queries from staff. The team are incredibly responsive whenever my team or I have had any extra queries.

**What do you like best about Parkable?**

I have been using Parkable's admin panel and app and I must say it has been a great experience. The admin panel is super easy to navigate, user-friendly, and comes with a comprehensive dashboard that provides me with real-time data and insights on parking usage and trends. The app is just as impressive, allowing me to easily book my parking spots on the day and request a week in advance. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Parkable and highly recommend it to anyone in need of efficient parking solutions.

I initially thought Parkable would be a hassle to implement, but I was pleasantly surprised! The onboarding support I received from the team was incredibly helpful and made the process super easy. As a new starter at the time, this was very much appreciated. 

The team additionally offered on-site assistance, accompanied by delightful treats, which resulted in significant staff engagement and received excellent feedback. Once again, this initiative alleviated my workload effectively.

Parkable's customer success team is simply amazing! They're highly responsive and always ready to assist, delivering quick and effective solutions to any inquiries or concerns we've had. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

The booking process with Parkable is an absolute breeze. It's incredibly smooth and efficient, almost like magic! The app ensures seamless operations with timely confirmations and helpful reminders sent directly to your phone. It's a convenient and practical solution that allows users to book parking on-the-go and effortlessly access all their booking details from their mobile devices.

Overall, the Parkable experience is fantastic from start to finish. It's been an absolute joy to use their reliable and affordable platform for top-notch parking solutions. They've truly exceeded expectations!

**What do you like best about Parkable?**

I’m super happy we implemented Parkable. Not only does it vastly improve our staff’s commuting and parking experience, but it also removes manual parking management work! The system makes staff parking self service, automatically resolves problems, and provides me with full visibility of our parking activity! 

We also use Parkable’s visitor system to schedule the use of our guest parks. It’s really easy to see when the spots are in use and book another visitor around this. Visitors receive an invitation email that includes all the info they need to find our office and their designated spot!

One of the things I love the most about Parkable is the team behind it! Changing processes is hard usually but the Parkable implementation process was so smooth because of the onboarding team. The communications templates, training, and support collateral they provided set us up for success! The team has continued to support us as required ongoing too.

**What do you dislike about Parkable?**

Before we implemented Parkable I was manually managing staff parking requests and allocated parking spot use schedules. This took up a lot of time and was really complicated! Parkable came in and removed all of that pain. 

There are limited parking options around our office. With Parkable, more of our employees can park on-site so they come in more often and are happier!

**What problems is Parkable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Parkable enables our company to maximise parking utilisation, save lease costs, and provide the best parking experience to our employees and visitors. It would be a struggle to go back to life before Parkable!

Both the app and admin panel are super easy to use. Our employees favourite features are allocated bay sharing, sharing reminders, and future booking. But, Parkable is regularly releasing new features and improvements that continue to impress us!

The Parkable App is easy to use, simple to navigate and very cost-effective. I would recommend Parkable to any business looking to improve their employee's parking experience and/or fairly distribute car parks. I love the functionality to open the gate with the app, so you don’t need to step out of the car.

**What do you like best about Parkable?**

I have been using Parkable for about a month now and it has saved me so much time and frustration! The admin panel is a one-stop shop for everything workplace parking managers need. I can view activity in real-time, pull historic reports, and change our configuration and settings with immediate effect. 

The app is super easy for our staff to use. Within just a couple of taps, they can check parking availability and book a space! Booking in advance allows them to have a stress-free drive to work. And, because we have ANPR cameras integrated with Parkable and our garage gate, staff simply pull up to the entrance and have the gate automatically open for them!

**What do you dislike about Parkable?**

I wish we had implemented Parkable earlier. Since we introduced Parkable, everyone’s had a better experience with staff parking. 

We were initially hesitant about introducing a new system because we know how hard it can be to change a process which has been in place for a long time. Parkable’s Customer Success team made everything so easy! They designed a great onboarding plan, shared helpful resources, and provided easy to follow training sessions. This ensured everyone felt prepared for the launch!

The admin panel is fully configurable so you can customise your set up to match your parking facilities and policy. You can make changes that take effect immediately which is helpful in this fast paced world!

Our company charges employees for parking to make benefits fair and recover costs of our lease. The Parkable platform allows us to charge by the hour or the day. It calculates the price to be charged for the duration stayed and automatically charges the parker’s account. We can track how much revenue has been generated using the reporting suite. We receive a payout of the earnings each month.

The staff really enjoy using the app as it allows them to book and pay for parking from their phone. They love the future booking feature because it means they can plan their schedule ahead of time.

We wanted a fast onboarding to align our launch with the end of our financial year, however, the onboarding process was delayed due to our internal security audit process. The Parkable team provided all the information we needed, including some complex technical details, and got us live as fast as possible after approval while still providing a great change management program.

We've been using Parkable for a few years now, taking the system with us through office & people moves. I joined the company as People & Culture GM just before our second office move. The Parkable team brought me up to speed quickly and led the reconfiguration of our setup without much input from me to improve it at our new place was really appreciated as office moves are a lot.

We had to introduce a cost to people or using company parking when we moved as parking is limited in the area and space lease costs are high. The Parkable Customer Success team put together a great programme for communicating the change and explaining the reasons behind it to staff, helped with comms and even fronted for a meet with the team to cover any curly questions.

The Parnell area has really limited and expensive parking and we have limited on site parking with our bays split across 3 locations. The allocated bay-sharing features in Parkable ensure we’re always fully utilising our spots and allowing the maximum number of people to come into the office. The maps of each facility help too.

I can very easily get an understanding of which of our staff are currently parking at the office and if there are any problems that need to be addressed. Both the admin panel and the app are easy to use. I check into the admin panel daily and find it really easy to understand what’s going on in our car park and take any actions I need to. 

Our staff find the app really intuitive. Those with allocated parking spots share their bay on days they're not using it with the tap of a button. Other team members can see the availability of parking in real time and make instant bookings easily. 

The feature people love the most is the integrated gate access. Staff can click ‘open gate’ in the app to gain access to our secure parking facilities - no more rummaging around for a swipe card or leaning out the car window to enter a code!

**What do you dislike about Parkable?**

We have some tandem bays, ie two parking spaces end on end. These present unique problems! Parkable heard my frustrations and built tandem parking features which enable two drivers parked in tandem to communicate with each other, meaning I don’t have to be the middleman anymore!

I would highly recommend Parkable for those who have moved to flexible working, and want to make better use of allocated car parks.

It works faultlessly and even opens to garage door from the app – this is particularly useful for visitors who do not have a swipe card – we can send them the details via parkable where to park and on a wet day they can park under the building, catch the lift up to the 1st floor without even getting wet.

I love that I can manage everything to do with parking in the one app.  Being able to connect my account to paypal made it very easy to set up.  I like that I can prebook a spot easily, I can save my regular favourite carparks, and easily change the car I'm driving all within my app.

**What do you like best about Parkable?**

The automation that Parkable  provides makes it an excellent app to use.  The ability to relocate and share my bay is great whilst also having a feature that reports problems (if any).  The app is versatile and user friendly and well-rounded.

**What do you dislike about Parkable?**

I find this app very easy to use so no real dislikes or problems encountered with it.

**What problems is Parkable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fully automated that allows me share my park, creating opportunities for other members of the organisation to use our parking facilities and the app.

**What do you like best about Parkable?**

Parkable has transformed my workplace parking experience. The app is so easy to use and has made parking in the busy Auckland CBD a seamless process. I especially love the future booking feature, where I can book my parking spot in advance. It takes away all the stress of finding a spot on the day and has made my commute so much smoother.

**What do you dislike about Parkable?**

I don't have any negative comments at this stage.

**What problems is Parkable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The user-friendly interface and automated process of reallocating spots has made parking effortless. I love how convenient it is to access all the necessary information, such as availability and the overall navigation of the app.
