The Help system was hard to utilize. **Recommendations to others considering Parish Data System:** Check out Church Community Builder. Remember that if you utilize volunteers in data management that the product needs to be easy to pickup and use. **What problems is Parish Data System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Finances were managed, parish data was kept, some communications were used, and Group information was stored, managed, and displayed to members. ### 2. Information can be cross referenced by multiple users. Access to data is easy to control. Information is easily updated by staff. **What do you dislike about Parish Data System?** Information can be bulky. Parishioners are not able to control/update their own data. Updating information can be time consuming. Aspects of the software are sold piecemeal. **Recommendations to others considering Parish Data System:** To fully utilize this system, we recommend using the cloud based version. The transition from server storage to cloud based has been trying. **What problems is Parish Data System solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to share data digitally throughout the office. If we were to move to a cloud-based format, we would have the ability to allow parishioners to update their own data, which would be a tremendous benefit (we are in the process of making this change). Overall, the database is good, but we are very interested in making the switch to the cloud based format in order to fully utilize the advantages offered by this software. ### 4.
