**What do you like best about Package Zen?**

The best part is we can easily track packages also we can scan multiple package with one batch id.

**What do you dislike about Package Zen?**

I feel the app is good for large scale and very easy to use and helping.

**What problems is Package Zen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used it for delivery tracking.

**What do you like best about Package Zen?**

I like that you can scan multiple packages with one batch add.  It's pretty easy to do and usually collects the correct data.

**What do you dislike about Package Zen?**

I don't like that I constantly get logged out of the system on my app and have to login all of the time.  It's small but super annoying.

**What problems is Package Zen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to track/log all packages that arrive in our buildings and send messages to members when they have a package.
