Allows you to build nearly anything you want without hyper specialized liquid knowledge on the dev side.
Once you have your sections set up how you want them, as easy to plug and play as Shopify but with more flexibility.
Pack Support is always available, very helpful and open to feedback when appropriate.
Scheduling and content environments gives a similar level of event control as Shopify.
Constantly releasing new features that are obviously informed by the feedback from clients.
Many changes can be built in-house quickly, without needing to pay a forever monthly fee on app extensions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With all of the flexibility, requires a lot of foresight in what you build and how you configure it. Requires strong communication between dev teams and the e-comm folks managing the site day to day.
Integrations can take a bit longer, and a decent amount of vendors that support Shopify store apps are not really options on the front-end given how Headless is configured. This is really a universal feature of Headless, but still present for Pack. (On the plus side, they are connecting directly with certain partners to build Pack-specific integration docs/processes).
Odd bugs here and there without clear documentation to make it obvious why. They have a Pack stack overflow, but by nature of being a smaller company it dosen't have a huge repetoire of information searchable online like with a Shopify native solution. This is alleviated by the responsiveness of the support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
