**What do you like best about ozma.io?**

Switching to ozma.io has made handling our school schedules and student data so much easier. We've said goodbye to the mess of Google spreadsheets, and our workflow is better for it.

The ozma.io team was awesome during the switch — really supportive. The platform brings all our tasks into one place, from tracking attendance of our students and teachers to managing finances, which is a huge relief.

The feature that automatically calculates teacher salaries based on their attendance is a major time-saver. It's one of those things you don't realize how much you need until you have it. It's saved us from a lot of manual work and potential errors.

We've also been impressed with the regular updates and the customer support from ozma.io. Whenever we've had a question or a small issue, they've been quick to respond and very helpful.

Another important thing is the ability to customize the system to our needs. It means we can make sure it works just right for our school, which has made a lot of our processes more efficient.

Overall, our experience with ozma.io has been highly positive. It's brought organization and simplicity to our school management, proving to be a reliable and adaptable solution.

**What do you dislike about ozma.io?**

One thing we're hoping to see improve in the future is the ease of integrating ozma.io with other platforms. Right now, to set up integrations, we work with developers from ozma.io or an external integrator. It's a customizable process, but it can be a bit complex. We'd love to see more straightforward, automatic integration options in the future. This would make it easier to connect different systems and manage tasks more efficiently, adding even more value to ozma.io's already great set of features.

Also the interface isn’t perfect and could be a bit more intuitive, but it’s not a big deal and ozma's team keeps improving it.

**What problems is ozma.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to track the student's and teacher's attendance, automatically calculates salaries, organises data about all our activities, provides a chronological view of interactions with customers, aiding in targeted marketing and customer relationship management. Integrations with banking systems enable real-time tracking of payments and event registrations. 
Ozma.io also allows differentiation of access levels to sensitive data, ensuring security and privacy.

**What do you like best about ozma.io?**

Once our data got too complex for Airtable, with over 50,000 records to manage, we had to look elsewhere. That's where ozma came in – it's handling our data needs. I did the data integration on Node.js.
Also liked their Discord bot for setting up databases, especially when it comes to creating SQL schemas with ease.

**What do you dislike about ozma.io?**

Setting up the right access for everyone has been a bit of a project. Role and permission configurations could definitely be simpler.

**What problems is ozma.io solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Donations/payment and customers data management and alaysis.
