The biggest challenge has been the support experience rather than the platform itself. We’ve encountered several administrative mistakes in contracts and employment documents, including incorrect personal information, which required additional review and back-and-forth before they could be finalized. Credit notes related to deposit refund also take longer than probably necessary. I like how Oyster made my onboarding process very quick and easy. The communication is excellent, as I receive emails, confirmations, and quick responses to any questions I have. I think it would be nice to have a phone call with a case manager at the very beginning of the onboarding process so you can say hi to them, even if it's just for two minutes, instead of having all communication via email. And during my onboarding process, I had to fill in a Dutch VOG form by myself, whereas previous EOR services did it automatically - it'd be good if Oyster could ensure that all steps in the onboarding process are completed by them with as little extra input required from the side of the employee. I find the UI of Oyster actually very user-friendly. I like how Oyster practically handles everything, including the time of requests, public holidays, documents, and site signatures. All I had to do was give them maybe a few details of my account number, and I didn't have to worry about anything. I think the only thing is I requested for my employee verification letter. There was no place for me to download it automatically. I had to request it, and it took some days. I like the simplicity and efficiency of Oyster. There are no hassles or extensive dashboards, and all the paperwork and salary matters are easily resolved, which is very convenient.
