**What do you like best about Oxxus?**

From our experience, Oxxus managed hosting service has been helpful in maintaining our company website. They update the servers and ensure security hence reducing the work load of our IT personnel who in turn do their development work.

**What do you dislike about Oxxus?**

I am not satisified with the kind of options for customization they offer. For instance, their platform has no fine-tuning where I can have control over the configurations of the server as sometimes I would want it.

**What problems is Oxxus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Introduction of Oxxus have helped with unloading some responsibilities that we used to handle own web server locally. Their managed services run smoothly and take the burden off of IT, thus enabling us to concentrate on website development and optimization.

**What do you like best about Oxxus?**

Data integration has enabled us to collate data from vaious isolated repositories thus giving us one view of out data assets. This has bettered our ability to make more sound decisons, detect patterns,and improve efficiency.

**What do you dislike about Oxxus?**

The Oxxus data quailty features have greatly improved the accuracy, complenteness and consistency of the data. We cannot recall how much pain was saved by the software's data error detection and correction functionalities.

**What problems is Oxxus solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The tools on data governance utilized have enabled the formation of data policies, rules, and procedures especially relating to data privacy, security and compliance; which have indeed brought comfort knowing that the data within the confines is indeed safe.
