**What do you like best about OvernightScribe?**

OvernightScribe has turned out to be the secret of dictating notetaking and report writing in my endeavor.  I dictate my notes in OvernightScribe and I continue practicing with my patients since they transcribe my notes with ease and very rarely miss anything.

**What do you dislike about OvernightScribe?**

As a downside, OvernightScribe has few missing basic features and lacks customization options for particular specialty.  My reports contain information that must be presented in specific terms and format that are used in my professional area.

**What problems is OvernightScribe solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OvernightScribe has enhanced my productivity and relieved me of having to undertake lots of administrative work.  Taking notes when on a move means that I do not need to worry about writing notes at the expense of focusing with the patient.
