I used to try to cram in a few minutes of dictation between patients, or worse, save them all for the end of the day. Now the dictation is done when I leave the patient. My scribe has been with me long enough to know my workflow and how I like my notes. He actually organizes my HPI better than I used to! **What do you dislike about Augmedix?** Like anything else, there's a learning curve. I like to keep my plans very detailed so I can reference them later. Scribes can't read my mind, so it works best if I dictate a few quick sentences to him right after I'm done seeing the patient. Still way more efficient than any other system I've ever used. I've also had to adjust my work flow a bit. Instead of closing my notes at night, I close them the next morning before clinic starts. Small price to pay! **What problems is Augmedix solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had issues with my first scribe. They were very detailed in helping me address them, then helped me find a better fit for my practice. ### 2. I also have a great scribe and we get along well which has been enjoyable. **What do you dislike about Augmedix?** I wish that the scribes had the capability to pull in orders that I could review. This is the reason for the 4-stars. **What problems is Augmedix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Augmedix allows me to move more quickly inbetween patients and see more during the day. I can also leave ontime everyday and just review and sign my charts the next morning. ### 3. Eventually, my colleague convinced me of it's value and I have to say, I have not looked back since. I am immensely pleased with my scribe service. I have better time management. My scribe is very efficient and helful. It definitely changed my practice for the better. **What do you dislike about Augmedix?** Ocassional power outage. This has happened couple of times in last one and half year with me. The quality and the details of my notes have improved as well. **What do you dislike about Augmedix?** As with anything new, there is a learning curve, but the Augmedix management team is very supportive and do a great job of checking in and following up. Since the scribe is another team member, I just wish I could have a dialog with him instead of reading his text messages. **What problems is Augmedix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time spent on charting. Scribes are professional, responsible, intelligent, and personable. Customer Service team is extremely responsive and helpful. Having scribe services has greatly enhanced my ability to be present with patients and made note writing sooo much more efficient (and less painful). Thank you, Augmedix! **What do you dislike about Augmedix?** There are very few things I dislike about Augmedix. This is me trying really hard to think of something: occasionally a scribe may not spell check (i.e., there's an obvious typo that they would have caught if they just read thru 1 more time), but this really is not a big deal at all! Overall, everything has been great. **What problems is Augmedix solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's hard to type while being present with patients, so my scribe allows me to be a better listener and really attune to what a patient is sharing. Also, writing notes after visits can be laborious (and sometimes I can't rememeber everything we discussed), but having the scribe help with the note makes things sooooooooo much more efficient and easeful with completing notes. ### 7. We quickly learned to work well together and my whole team, including my own family LOVE Varsha. I leave work earlier, complete my notes more promptly and thoroughly, and my patients perceive that I am a better listener. I was skeptical about how I would feel connected to someone I couldn’t see or hear but Varsha is now part of my daily team. She has her birthday celebrated with ours and has participated, virtually, in our team activities including the search for hidden tiny ducks around the office. My MDS is friendly and a hardworker. Instead of spending 15 minutes per note, I spend a few minutes proofreading and submitting. **What do you dislike about Augmedix?** At the beginning, my MDS (scribe) was out sick and therefore, I had many different scribes and consistency was an issue. **What problems is Augmedix solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time saving ### 11. I used to come in on weekend to finish my notes, now my notes are done right after i am done with clinic.
