Incredible AI Documentation Assistance for Medical Providers **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Allen E. | President/CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2024 **What do you like best about Heidi?** Heidi has incredible "ambient listening" that can take an entire examination and summarize it into any template you create (or pre-made templates) with the level of specificity you select, just by listening to the patient encounter. It is able to also act as a scribe that you can dictate your jumbled thoughts and it will organize it into a beautiful flowing medical note for you. You can then take that transcription or dictation and adjust format from clinic note to referral letter, to other types of documentation. You can also create your own template if the template for your profession doesn't suit you. It also does a great job with abbreviations based on your specialty. **What do you dislike about Heidi?** I have been using Heidi for several months and have not found any downside except maybe that it doesn't have a dedicated app (but pulling up the website on your phone will give you an easy and clean mobile format that can be used). **What problems is Heidi solving and how is that benefiting you?** I do alot of virtual consultations in a short time span, back-to-back. I was dictating my notes into a google doc but I had to go back in and rearrange sentences, format, etc and it was time-consuming. I needed something that was easier and faster to use. With Heidi I just have her "listen" to the virtual encounter and by the time I'm ready to start my next session the previous session was already transcribed - it saved me hours of time! On top of that I can change my consut note to a Thank you letter to a referring doctor or a letter outlining my findings to a referring provider. I can also dictate into it after a patient encounter so it's very versatile. The software has proven to be so useful (with frequent updates made on the backend) that I now use it inb my 1hr+ evaluation and treatment sessions where it documents entire medical history, exam, finding, recommendations and treatment plan ### 2.
