Its interface is intuitive, allowing music to be scheduled for different time slots or locations without complications. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of playlists, with selections ranging from relaxing music for spas to energetic rhythms ideal for retail or gyms. Another great differentiator is its legal compliance with licenses, something critical for any company that wants to avoid copyright issues. Knowing that I can play music in my business with complete peace of mind is a great plus, for example, at the time of writing this review, the music royalties collection entity for artists (PRO) has not been able to charge me any amount since I have been able to substantiate the lack of use of licensed works outside the mainstream catalog by using Overhead.fm. This represents a saving for the business of more than about 600 dollars a year, a point that I find quite important to consider. **What do you dislike about Overhead.fm?** Although the platform is robust, I would like to see more customization options in the playlists to further fine-tune the sound to our brand values. It would also be ideal if they developed a more powerful mobile app to manage the music from the phone without needing to access a browser, as sometimes the platform seems to crash with continuous use in certain browsers, especially in Safari. **What problems is Overhead.fm solving and how is that benefiting you?** The big problem I was able to solve was the legal and professional management of background music in various businesses and commercial establishments. Before, we relied on informal solutions that did not guarantee regulatory compliance or a music curation aligned with our branding, for example, subscriptions to iTunes, Spotify, or even YouTube, which allow you to play music and pay if you don't want to hear ads, but then, it becomes a double expense because it's necessary to pay twice, one payment for the subscription and another payment to the collective management entity that collects royalties for the rights of the works. With Overhead.fm, we have noticed an improvement in the customer experience, as the music helps create the right atmosphere according to the type of establishment and the time of day. This has positively impacted both the length of stay and the perception of service quality. We have also saved time by automating music playlists, without sacrificing aesthetic coherence. ### 2. That is why the availability of custom alarms with possible selection of the tracks to be played is also very useful; one can tune the morning rush with the desired music. **What do you dislike about Overhead.fm?** The scheduling options of Overhead.fm seems a bit limited. It is possible to schedule the playback time of the playlists, however, they cannot be scheduled for a particular day of the week. **What problems is Overhead.fm solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overhead.fm has been helpful for such task of managing the music in my bakery. The ability to have a holistic view of VOD merchandising across all my channels and to be able to search for promotional spots for my VOD right in Looper Insights is a plus. **What do you dislike about Overhead.fm?** I think that the engagements of the viewers are nicely covered, but I think there is a lack of depth here. More importantly, I would like to dissect CTR and CR focusing on my VOD merchandise. **What problems is Overhead.fm solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using Overhead.fm I have been able to optimize my VOD merchandising process tremendously.
