Always new music without anyone having to take care of it and all legally secure **Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Christian J. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026 **What do you like best about Soundsuit?** I like that Soundsuit is legally clean and completely in order from a legal standpoint. The music, as it plays, is easy to listen to, and no one has to worry about it, which is very important for us. The system is virtually maintenance-free, except for rare moments when something fails and you have to restart it. But even then, you can relatively easily get it running again. For me, it is very important that there is no advertising, and we have a customized music program that fits our business model and works excellently as background music. **What do you dislike about Soundsuit?** So, two things. Firstly, when an update is running on Sonos or Soundsuit (we operate Soundsuit as a service via Sonos Port). The connection between Sonos and Soundsuit via the API is technically somewhat complicated. Sonos itself makes updates that are not coordinated with Soundsuit. Soundsuit makes updates, and this then repeatedly leads to problems, approximately once a quarter or once every six months. It would be nice if one could see on the website whether there is maintenance or a problem at the moment. The other thing is the music selection, the music algorithms. I don't know if work is being done on this, but it would be nice if AI could be used to make the selection of tracks more like a human DJ, so that especially in the transitions more warmth and love can be felt. **What problems is Soundsuit solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Soundsuit because it provides us with legally compliant and maintenance-free background music. It saves us the effort of creating playlists and runs all day without intervention. This way, we offer a relaxed shopping experience without advertising interruptions. ### 2. But you already know that if you're reading this. There are many options available, and not one option fits all. It doesn't feel like Soundsuit is a significant label pressuring you to adopt its forced answer. **What do you dislike about Soundsuit?** Problems could force us to look for a better solution: - The app frequently and erratically crashes at one of our sites. The only fix is to close the app and launch it again. Our staff frequently need to log back into the app to accomplish this. Very annoying. -Even though the login has been saved on our smartphone, there are occasions when we are unable to log back into the app at all.  - Help needs improvements. **What problems is Soundsuit solving and how is that benefiting you?** The lovely Style of the Platform is that finding suitable music is no longer a challenge. AI of the platform helped me to get the best for the business and simple steps, it made the issue of sound and music in the business solved . ### 3. I Appreciate how you can make your music age specific! Easy to use. The site is inexpensive, and you get so many perks, and it's all legal! **What do you dislike about Soundsuit?** Dislike that I had to download a separate app and couldn't just use it on the web browser. By allowing users to readily access everything without having to add another step of downloading. **What problems is Soundsuit solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping me solve having to sit there and worry about what song may come up on my shuffle playlist.
