PlayNetwork allows us to provide music to our hospitality properties quickly and efficiently. The music is good, and guests seem to enjoy it. We want the variety we can choose from, and we rarely have any downtime from service issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Billing is a constant nightmare with this company. When we have an issue or need to make a change, we have to call customer service, dial several numbers, and wait for someone to get on the line.
