Allowing professionals to access a centrilzed data system has been really useful for my and my colleagues when working on a promo campaign or planning a tour. Additionally, the Customer Support is incredible. I've even made some friends in the company this way. The platform Ease of Use, Implementation, and Integration; has been extremely valuable to my work and therefore, I frequently use it. **What do you dislike about Chartmetric?** Sometimes, depending on the size of the Artist and the territory he belongs to, there is a big amount of information missing. This could work in detriment to smaller independent companies interested in working with Chartmetric. I would also like to see a Number of Features being added to the platform. Those two reporting services gave you over-the-counter retail sales and radio airplay numbers. Today, there are myriad services to track to have a clear understanding of how your artist is performing. I can track my myself, as an artist, and see which playlists have added me, when I was added and how many followers that playlist has. **What do you dislike about Chartmetric?** When I first signed up, I had a free one week trial of Chartmetric's paid version. I didn't upgrade after my free trial was over, as I didn't see the benefit for me to do so. A good bit of the information that I find on Chartmetric I can also get on artist@spotify or through CD Baby. **Recommendations to others considering Chartmetric:** I would recommend using Chartmetric and even trying their paid version to see if it would benefit you. **What problems is Chartmetric solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to easily locate Spotify playlists and their curators. You can also search playlists and find curators' contact information. There are so many different filters to choose from and it's a very customizable experience. **What do you dislike about Chartmetric?** Not all of the playlists are on there (sometimes you have to add data) so I still have to search on Spotify for playlists. The daily emails they send out are a great way to wake up and take a quick look so you are always updated. **What do you dislike about Chartmetric?** One think I wish Chartmetric could do better is fine tune their accuracy - often the Instagram follower count will glitch and show NA. Thankfully, Spotify is usually pretty accurate, though often a bit delayed.
