What I like best about OUVRIFY is how it connects field work, quality control, and project reporting in one clear workflow.
Instead of managing assignments, photos, progress updates, and QC feedback through WhatsApp and separate Excel files, everything stays organized by project, zone, rack, and work item.
Workers can receive their tasks and submit field updates, QC can verify or reject the completed work, and the validated information is then ready to be used in project reports.
The biggest benefit for us is the time saved when preparing reports and the fact that the information is much easier to trace back to the actual work performed on site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main drawback is that the initial setup can take some time, especially when configuring projects, team permissions, workflows, and reporting preferences. Some advanced features also require a short learning period before the team can use the platform efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
