**What do you like best about Ostendo?**

Ostendo is very easy to learn, even with no purchasing or logistics background. It has great functions, like Purchase Order creation, Sales Order creation, availability and supply reports.

**What do you dislike about Ostendo?**

Ostendo has different functionalities on different tabs. For example, you can't drag the bottom window up when you are looking at a part, but you can when you are in a Purchase Order and are adding serial number allocations. There are just some weird discrepancies, that make no sense. Overall it feels like a Windows 98 version of a software. It could do with a refresh.

**What problems is Ostendo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ostendo makes it easy for us to keep track of stock, reorder requirements, supply and demand and foremost, it makes creating Purchase and Sales Orders easy. It gets used every single day and is essential to running our business.
