"OSOW: The All-in-One Oversize Transport Platform Our Team Relies On Daily"
What do you like best about OSOW?

OSOW is the only all-in-one platform purpose-built for the oversize/overweight transport industry. What stands out most is the sheer number of features under one roof — dispatch center, fleet management, invoicing, trip sheets, driver statements, load board, expense tracking, permit calculators, compliance tools, and more — all integrated so data flows between them without re-entry. Setup is straightforward: create an account, enter your USDOT number, and the FMCSA integration auto-fills your company profile instantly. We use it daily for every aspect of operations, from dispatching drivers in the morning to generating invoices at end of day. It integrates with Supabase for real-time data, Stripe for payments, and the FMCSA API for carrier verification — no manual lookups needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OSOW?

As a platform still in active development, some advanced features like multi-language support and built-in route planning are on the roadmap but not yet available. The number of features can feel overwhelming for a brand-new user on first login, though we've recently added a Getting Started checklist and reorganized navigation into collapsible groups to address this. Mobile responsiveness could also be improved for drivers who primarily work from their phones in the field.
