**What do you like best about OSOW?**

OSOW is the only all-in-one platform purpose-built for the oversize/overweight transport industry. What stands out most is the sheer number of features under one roof — dispatch center, fleet management, invoicing, trip sheets, driver statements, load board, expense tracking, permit calculators, compliance tools, and more — all integrated so data flows between them without re-entry. Setup is straightforward: create an account, enter your USDOT number, and the FMCSA integration auto-fills your company profile instantly. We use it daily for every aspect of operations, from dispatching drivers in the morning to generating invoices at end of day. It integrates with Supabase for real-time data, Stripe for payments, and the FMCSA API for carrier verification — no manual lookups needed.

**What do you dislike about OSOW?**

As a platform still in active development, some advanced features like multi-language support and built-in route planning are on the roadmap but not yet available. The number of features can feel overwhelming for a brand-new user on first login, though we've recently added a Getting Started checklist and reorganized navigation into collapsible groups to address this. Mobile responsiveness could also be improved for drivers who primarily work from their phones in the field. We're actively iterating on all of these based on user feedback

**What problems is OSOW solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before OSOW, pilot car companies had to juggle multiple disconnected tools — spreadsheets for trip logs, separate invoicing software, phone calls for dispatch, paper forms for trip sheets, and manual FMCSA lookups for carrier verification. There was no single platform built for the oversize/overweight transport niche. OSOW solves this by putting everything under one roof: dispatch, fleet management, driver statements, invoicing, expense tracking, load board, permit calculators, compliance tools, and booking — all connected so data flows seamlessly. This saves hours of duplicate data entry every week and eliminates the risk of lost paperwork. The FMCSA integration alone saves time on every new carrier or customer verification. For customer support, OSOW provides an in-app AI assistant that helps users navigate features and answer questions in real time, plus direct access to the development team for feedback and feature requests — something you won't get from larger, impersonal competitors
