**What do you like best about Oscar OCR?**

Oscar OCR is easy to use, simple to understand and perfect for our needs. We previously used another OCR provider that was very manual and slow. We use this software everyday and Oscar has allowed us to save a lot of time to focus on the analysis and areas that actual matter for our work. They are always on hand and get back to us within 24 hours of any requests.

**What do you dislike about Oscar OCR?**

The UI is sometimes a little clunky and vague. Can be difficult to know if something is happening in the background or the screen has frozen.

**What problems is Oscar OCR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oscar is allowing us to convert scanned, physical documents into digital documents. It is able to convert pages and pages of bank statements / transaction schedules into a spreadsheet in less than a minute without need for manual intervention.

The platform is super easy to use and the data is very accurate. Saved our team a lot of hours that were spent manually importing data into Excel sheets.

**What do you dislike about Oscar OCR?**

We haven't had any problems yet. The team has been super helpful whenever we needed assistance.

**What problems is Oscar OCR solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manual data entry has been replaced by the platform, saving our team a lot of time. The team has been using the platform to convert Bank Statements from PDF into excel.
