**What do you like best about Orivraa?**

What I like most about Orivraa is that it is designed specifically for jewellery businesses instead of being a generic retail software. Jewellery shops have unique needs like pricing based on gold rates, custom orders, and handling customer requests. The platform tries to bring these things into one system which makes it easier to organise operations. Customer is the best good, you can live chat or raise ticket. The implementation is easy as you can even sign in using google, I use it daily. Can be easily integrated with my jewelry weighing tool.

**What do you dislike about Orivraa?**

Since the platform is still relatively new, some features are still evolving and the ecosystem is not very large yet. More integrations and additional tools for reporting and analytics would make the platform even better over time.

**What problems is Orivraa solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve the problem of managing jewellery orders and pricing in a more organised way. Many jewellery shops still manage quotes through WhatsApp or manually, which becomes messy. Using a structured platform like this makes it easier to track customer requests and manage business operations.
