What do you like best about Orivraa?

What I like most about Orivraa is that it is designed specifically for jewellery businesses instead of being a generic retail software. Jewellery shops have unique needs like pricing based on gold rates, custom orders, and handling customer requests. The platform tries to bring these things into one system which makes it easier to organise operations. Customer is the best good, you can live chat or raise ticket. The implementation is easy as you can even sign in using google, I use it daily. Can be easily integrated with my jewelry weighing tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Orivraa?
