I absolutely loved their repair book pricing guide. The repair book included industry best practices as well as fair up to date pricing on materials, labor and more. Heavily relied on their pricing strategy and best practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their materials could be more automated into the software rather than having a physical binder that you would have to flip through. Could integrate better with Edge software when writing up a repair, special order etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
