The ease of use is fantastic, especially because it uploads to most of the platforms where we sell our items. I appreciate having one central location to manage inventory and the ability to use filters to manage it more effectively. Since using Uploadify, we've greatly increased our workflow and get much more inventory listed than ever before, which allows us more time to focus on photography, research, and item descriptions. The initial setup was very easy, and I definitely love this program. **What do you dislike about Uploadify?** We are excited that they have integrated Ruby Lane and 1st Dibs into the automatic uploads. We look forward to when we can also remove sold listings right from the Uploadify site on these two platforms as well. Everything is in sync and the AI tools allow me to get products online in literally seconds. **What do you dislike about Uploadify?** If I have trouble figuring something out or need a small feature change their team responds immediately and resolves all my issues. I would like to have a full on AI agent in the app but they said they are building it. **What problems is Uploadify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Running my store - I can restrict access to certain team members keeping everything secure. I automatically print tags with all the relevant details. The inventory management system and invoicing system is so insanely easy to use. I am saving so much time. Nothing ever breaks like these other jewelry softwares. For B2B/Wholesale I can create these nice looking catalogs and dealers can send me offers. For eCommerce I mean there is just nothing like it.
