We've been working with Javid from Ishal Inc for many, many years already. Throughout the years, we've needed to update the computer software that he's built for us to perform even more automated tasks. The best thing about working with Javid is that you can explain exactly what you need as a business person, then he'll totally get what needs to be done on his end as a software engineer to deliver it. He obviously has a very good understanding of the jewelry industry, which helps a lot, because once you ask for it- he gets it. If anything goes wrong with the program, his company is very attentive to fix it. Just last week, we had an issue with a program that we needed fixed, and he personally took care of it himself- which was much appreciated. His program has really helped us save countless of hours on work that is now automated, which has inturn allowed us to pay more attention to creating value for our partner-retailers. I can't pinpoint a downside specifically to the Ishal Inc software, because just like any computer software, it can suddenly glitch. But what's important to me is how they handle it- and as soon as you call them they're ON it to solve it right then and there.
