What do you like best about artcloud?

I love this app! It is a perfect online portfolio for artists' to keep their art work. Then, they can also sell it online and the app even has a sales feature. You can classify your artwork by genre: medium, location and more. It gives you the ability to send invoices for sales and accounting. This is also a handy feature for Galleries who has a group of artists to present. I love that ArtCloud is on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram! I can't wait to upload more artwork to my gallery and begin promoting on the internet. This is such a fun app and perfect for my needs. The following are the positive aspects: accounting, billing and invoicing, commission management, consignments, contact management, eCommerce, inventory management, marketing management, online gallery, pos, pricing management. What do you dislike about artcloud?

I found the uploading process for the art work lacking. I wanted to change the picture and there wasn't an edit button for the digital upload. I ended up deleting the entire listing and making a new one. I couldn't find a FAQ that would have been helpful for someone setting up their first account. There is a Help section that has some online videos that I watched. I am at the beginning stage of opening my gallery, so they seemed a bit advanced for a novice but I am sure I will be back to watch often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering artcloud:

If you are an artist or small gallery looking for manageable software and online presence, this is the app for you! I am just uploading my own artwork and in the beginning stages. I hope to soon add other artists to my venue. It has a billing and receivables feature that looks promising. If the monthly price for artists is $19, it is affordable. If it is higher, it could make it tough to get off the ground before one has developed a clientele. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is artcloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

You can list your inventory, your merchandise in your gallery that is for sale and even exhibitions. it is easy enough to post products on sites and even create your own online gallery which you can share worldwide. The possibilities seem to be endless for a small online gallery. It is an entire manageable art gallery enterprise all in one location. And, if you are looking to buy artwork, it is an ideal online location to buy right from the artist or the gallery. I can't wait to research ArtCloud to see if they have a positive online presence. There are seminars, webinars and online support help. You also get a free 30 day trial to see if their gallery format will work out for you.
