**What do you like best about Orgzit?**

What i like best about Orgzit as the operations manager at Senocare is that i can manage all of our clients, service tickets, invoices in one spot.Orgzit delivers dashboard to me and my colleagues in operations, finance and sales to help us stay on the top of business goals and take action on them.Orgzit has also assisted us with a few of bespoke features that other products are unable to provide.These are a pre-paid wallet system and invoicing custom tax processing.

**What problems is Orgzit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orgzit CRM has seamlessly resolved our key business challenges:

Efficient Customer Management: Orgzit has helped us easily and efficiently manage everything about our customers, from their profiles to their packages and billing.

Seamless Operations: Our core business activity is to support customers with their service requests through a network of service vendors. Orgzit has helped us streamline the entire operations flow from receiving tickets from customers, assigning to vendors, and tracking the ticket status through dashboards. It’s a complex workflow and Orgzit helps reduce mistakes and save time.

Valuable Customer Insights: Orgzit gives us important data about the key parts of our business – customers, service requests, and billing. This is not only useful in making business decisions but also helps to showcase our work / progress to our investors.

Budget-Friendly Solution: As a startup, we couldn't afford expensive CRM systems. Orgzit is affordable and efficient, thus providing us with the tools we need to succeed. It's a perfect partner for us at Senocare.

**What do you like best about Orgzit?**

1) Segregation of information by topics.
2) Quick suggestions based on search history.
3) All data in one place, no matter its big or small
4) Search for past and present, i.e. no validity life for the same
5) Management and access according to limit and chain of command
6) Regular notifications for upcoming events

**What do you dislike about Orgzit?**

No such big thing that can be found on orgzit that can affect your work or make it to dislike you the platform. One thing is that i am a only keyboard person while at some point i have to use mouse which i hate sometimes.

**What problems is Orgzit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Orgzit, I encountered significant challenges in managing my files. Keeping all of them in one place was a hassle, making it difficult to find specific documents when needed. Additionally, connecting or discussing files with associates was not easy, leading to communication and collaboration issues. These problems hindered my workflow and efficiency.

Now, with Orgzit, I can effortlessly maintain all my files in one platform, making it incredibly easy to search for them. Unlike before, I can seamlessly connect and communicate with associates about these files, streamlining collaboration and eliminating previous communication challenges. Orgzit has truly transformed the way I manage and interact with my files, making my workflow much more efficient.

**What do you like best about Orgzit?**

The best thing about Orgzit, in my opinion, is how well it can map, organize and integrate intricate workflows and processes. As the Admin Ops at Proptech Solutions, my job is to make sure that our property management tasks—particularly those that involve paperwork, maintenance, and tenant management—are completed efficiently. Orgzit has been a game-changer with respect to helping me fulfill my duties effectively .It has helped Proptech Solutions to realize its goal of making property administration simple for Indians who are expatriates. We've considerably cut the time and effort needed to handle various tasks. 

Additionally, the consolidated platform eliminates the need for different tools, streamlining our processes and improving teamwork. It has been a boon for both our staff and our clients at Proptech Solutions.

**What do you dislike about Orgzit?**

The early learning curve for our team members, if I had to pick one thing, might be it. Thankfully, Orgzit's simple interface and first-rate support resources made this process go rather well.

So, even though there was a small learning curve, I wouldn't consider it a major disadvantage. In actuality, the advantages and advancements in our property management operations over the long term surpass any initial difficulties we faced.

**What do you like best about Orgzit?**

The nicest thing about Orgzit, in my opinion, is its ability to seamlessly streamline our financial procedures. I'm a member of Origo's finance team, and I really like how Orgzit has made our financial management chores simpler. Using Orgzit, we can now easily track spending, organize financial data, and manage budgets. The automation features are a complete game changer to eliminate manual work . Our department is now more productive and efficient thanks to Orgzit.

**What do you dislike about Orgzit?**

I can't really think of much to dislike about Orgzit. However, as part of the finance team Origo , I have seen Orgzit continually surpass our needs and expectations for the time that we have used it.

**What problems is Orgzit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our finance operations have been streamlined in a huge way because of Orgzit. We were able to concentrate our financial information, making it accessible and controllable. Spreadsheets in several locations and jumbled financial data are no longer a concern.

One of the major advantages we've experienced is Orgzit's automation capabilities. It has automated routine financial tasks, lowering the need for manual labor and lowering the possibility of mistakes in our financial transactions.

In conclusion, Orgzit has not only addressed a number of financial management issues, but it has also improved the productivity, efficiency, and accuracy of our department thus aiding in Origo's financial success.

*  Orgzit platform ensures that our customer data is properly synchronized between multiple applications so that all records are maintained properly in real-time & prevent data entry errors.

*  It enables us to regulate proper access control management so that we provide accurate authorization to the right people for accessing & modifying our sales data.

*  Audit log feature is useful to track all the changes made in our customer records & we can also include event-trigger notification for production data. We will get alert notifications immediately whenever there are changes in these critical records.

**What do you dislike about Orgzit?**

*  The learning curve is quite steap when it comes to building extensive customization in Orgzit platform. This is a crucial consideration since the development efforts shouldn't affect the time-to-market & allocation of resources.

*  Rest of the features are suitable for our inventory management, expenses tracking, leads generation, vendor followups, quality control and sales order processing demands.

*  We create custom applications for our leads based on our customer requirements & track its progress in potential opportunities, leads capture, closing the sales and client feedback.

**What problems is Orgzit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

* Orgzit platform makes it easy to create complex data structures between sales applications & also integrates effectively with cross platform applications.

*  It effectively enhances our Zapier workflows for data validation, quality checks & customer report generation requirements.

*  We also create custom sales order application to accomodate various linked attributes such as customer name, shipping address, email, order quantity and order status within a single pane of glass.

*  Cascade actions feature helps us with cascading any updates on our sales record changes and with managing the data valiation constrains efficiently.

As the Marketing Manager of Origo, a firm specializing in agricultural crop selling and purchasing, I find the simplicity of Orgzit's UI/UX to be its best feature. The user-friendly interface enables new users to quickly adapt to the CRM software, ensuring a seamless onboarding process. The simple design and ease of use has helped us increase our team efficiency and productivity, making Orgzit an invaluable tool for our operations.

**What do you like best about Orgzit?**

I appreciate Orgzit's user-friendly layout and smooth finance management features the most. It  helps us streamline our processes thus making it simple to manage financial activities such as PO approval, tracking payments etc. It helps with generating insightful reports too. Orgzit is a crucial tool for our finance team since it integrates with other financial systems thus assures data correctness and saves time.

Orgzit provides a wide range of functionalities that have significantly helped us simplify our business operations. 

The capability to effortlessly track and handle financial transactions is one such feature that stands out. 

Orgzit offers a centralized platform where we can track and document all our company operations including billing, collecting payments, and managing purchase orders. This decreases the possibility of mistakes or inconsistencies thus eliminating the necessity for manual data entry.

I must say that there is nothing I dislike about Orgzit.

Previously, we relied on manual data input and spreadsheets, which were prone to mistakes and frequently produced inefficiencies. Thanks to Orgzit , we have automated it and have it all on one platform .  Among other operations that have been automated are billing, payment tracking, and trade management. **What do you like best about Orgzit?**

Our work at Origo encompasses the entire supply chain of agricultural produce from procurement to shipping to financing in the process creating value for our key stakeholders the buyers and the sellers . Orgzit has been instrumental in providing a common platform to link the entire process, thus helping us with better and more efficient collaboration. This is just one of the many features that come to my mind.

Nothing. Till now, our journey with Orgzit has been very pleasant and fruitful

We started using Orgzit to help with data management on Excel . But over time Orgzit has helped us in many other areas as well . We have been able to save time to turn around orders . Previously we were totally dependent on human efforts to track key business activities such as follow up and priority, which was quite inefficient. Orgzit has helped us simplify the process and save time .

The ability of Orgzit to cope with our unique B2B selling process is one aspect that I truly appreciate. Our business in agricultural produce trading involves working with buyers, sellers, lenders and the origo team, and Orgzit has made it easy for us to digitize and efficiently manage these processes. In addition, by allowing us to apply our CRM application much quicker than we had originally anticipated, the platform has been incredibly fast in user friendliness when customization is concerned.

There's no major dislike of Orgzit on my part.

Orgzit has played a vital role in facilitating our sales process and improving collaboration amongst our team at Origo. Orgzit gives us real time visibility into purchase orders,  invoices etc thus helping with business transactions . 

We see a great improvement in communication and coordination between teams since we started to use Orgzit .  Orgzit's collaboration features helps us  to easily share information and updates on one common platform.  This has translated into making deals smoothly. Moreover, since we started to sue Orgzit we are able to get valuable insights into our sales performance.  
In general, Orgzit helped us increase our sales effectiveness, collaboration and reduce the amount of work we were doing manually thus improving profitability for our team.

I like Orgzit's ability to streamline and optimize our business processes. With the flexible and configurable options of Orgzit, we are able to configure our system in a way that will allow us to meet our particular needs while not requiring any coding or development.

Furthermore, Orgzit's collaboration capabilities make our IT team much more effective in communicating and coordinating. The Platform facilitates smooth collaboration, facilitating efficient cooperation between team members in managing projects and tasks, reducing the risk of misunderstanding as well as encouraging good teamwork.

Finally, Orgzit offers the possibility to access it at any time from anywhere using an internet connection as a cloud-based platform. This feature is of particular benefit to the management of our operations as it enables our staff to access critical information, manage trades and track payments from anywhere.

However, can work to make its connection with conventional databases like SQL.

**What do you like best about Orgzit?**

As a manager of the business development team, what I like best about Orgzit is its flexibility to accommodate our custom B2B sales process. Our agriculture produce trading business involves buyers, sellers, and ourselves, and Orgzit has helped us to digitize and manage this entire process seamlessly. The platform is also fast and simple to customize, allowing us to implement our CRM application in Orgzit in a shorter time frame than we expected. Additionally, Orgzit's team has been great in understanding our requirements and responding quickly to our needs, which has been very beneficial to our business development team.

**What do you dislike about Orgzit?**

I don't have any major dislikes about Orgzit. Some Reports for client need to create.  However, one area that could be improved is the user interface.

Orgzit has been instrumental in streamlining our sales process and enhancing collaboration among our team members. With Orgzit, we can easily manage trades, track POs, and Invoices, and monitor the progress of our trades.

**What do you like best about Orgzit?**

Origo works in the agricultural sector with its financial services across many domains, Orgzit helped us in centralizing the process with smooth collaboration in different teams. Being an easy-to-use software, Orgzit improves our way of tracking different things.

With Orgzit, we can have a track of every financial activity. With its API Integration feature, we are now able to integrate multiple software without any issues. I’m very fond of the dashboard feature itself. It helps me to be efficient at work. In Orgzit, we have implemented some strong checks so that we never miss any financial data.

**What do you dislike about Orgzit?**

Orgzit is working very fine for us, so for now I don’t have any disliking over Orgzit. Orgzit team takes our feedback very seriously and they are continuously improving the Orgzit.

Orgzit helped us to move from a scattered spreadsheet to a centralized system. 

While using spreadsheets we faced lots of problems, now after migrating to Orgzit CRM, the following things got easier for us

- With Orgzit, we are now having awesome collaboration between different teams.

- In Orgzit, we automated many repetitive tasks like invoice generation and credit limit utilization checks, etc to make it error-free.

**What do you like best about Orgzit?**

Our team depends on Orgzit daily for monitoring the entire business process from candidate listing to accounting. Without this easy-to-handle software, we couldn’t do so much of the work seamlessly.

As an NGO, due to less budget, we got a special discount from the Orgzit team, which helped us a lot.

**What do you dislike about Orgzit?**

Nothing as of now I would like to recommend. Thank you. I will surely tell something if i come in contact with it.

In some areas of our business, we used to have a spreadsheet for each of the processes, now with Orgzit, we have completely moved from scattered spreadsheets to a centralized system.

From mobilization and registration to training assessments and placement of a candidate, we can keep a track of it in Orgzit.

Everything becomes automated in Orgzit, generation of the registration form helped us a lot by removing all the manual efforts.

**What do you like best about Orgzit?**

Best thing for me in this software is the dashboard. It provides all the important informations from the data we have. The dashboard has a very simple view. It can be customized as per requirements. 

Taking out any required insight is not an issue for us even with chunks or data stored in the database. 


**What do you dislike about Orgzit?**

I have never disliked a features at Orgzit.

Some of the significant problems that are countered by Orgzit are :

We at Origo provide financial services in the agricultural sector. And Orgzit has helped us streamline our unique business processes very easily. It is a very flexible and easy-to-use platform.

Orgzit has significantly helped us track each and every critical financial activity. The dashboard feature is one of my favorite features. I can keep track of all the relevant records from the dashboard itself. Orgzit has automated a lot of repetitive tasks for us which saves us a lot of time to be more productive and efficient at work. In Orgzit,  We’ve been able to enforce some checks to ensure every financial record is correct and verified.

There is nothing to dislike at Orgzit. It has a very responsive and helpful team to assist us all the time.

Orgzit has been solving a lot of problems for us and making our work easier. Some of the remarkable uses of Orgzit CRM that are helping us to solve problems are:

Orgzit is an easy to use and very flexible CRM system that helps us manage our leads, quotations, invoices as well as service tracking for our various products and line cards. As a manufacturer reps we have to work with multiple product categories and pricing options, setting it all up was really easy in Orgzit. 

Prior to Orgzit we had tried a number of other CRM systems but they were only helping us manage our lead pipelines and for everything else we had to rely on Excel sheets. Orgzit has become our single source of truth as all information is available in a single place which make collaboration easier across our different offices and teams.

The dashboards and reminders that we get on Orgzit ensure that everyone is on top of their game and no customer follow ups  go unattended.

With the workflow-driven approach of Orgzit, we have automated our processes which are  helping us improve our overall efficiency in day-to-day operations. 

It is a highly customizable software and workflows and configurations are easy to configure and use. User experience is also ver good. Dashboards and Reporting is an excellent feature

It's an extremely easy to use application - I can accomplish all my work effectively with the assistance of Orgzit.

What I like the best is that we can undoubtedly sort, filter, and download the information whenever required. By utilizing features like these, I am able to see my data in the manner I want and work on it.

Our team uses Orgzit CRM for a variety of processes and it's amazing how we can track every single detail so easily!

Occasionally, I encounter problems working on the Mobile App. However, we have been told that their team is working on improving the mobile application performance.

I have the visibility of the entire business workflow thanks to Orgzit's straightforward nature. Before Orgzit, we used hard copies for everything, which consumed a lot of time and were difficult to manage. However, with the Orgzit solution in place, I can complete more work in less time.

Orgzit had made our lives much easier and efficient by providing a flexible Dealer Management solution for us. Orgzit has helped reduce the time and effort required to interact with dealers for processing individual orders. All our data is very well organized and our dealers can keep a track of all their orders in Orgzit.

Like every team, we had a lot of processes going around in our organization, each of them equally important and with Orgzit we are able to manage all of them very easily.

There is just one thing I believe can be improved - system gets little slow at times. Apart from this We are highly satisfied for the services provided.

Orgzit is fairly easy to use and their dashboard is really good. It's a  highly customizable system and that helps you and your team to be more productive. They have a great customer support aswell, they are really helpful if you get stuck on the system. Implementing other tools to this system with the help from customer support is also really fast.

There can be performance issues when dealing with big data. I am sure this issue will be solved going further.

**What do you like best about Orgzit?**

Orgzit has powerful dashboard that helps you track multiple and complex processes easily. The easy to use interface let you track down each progress in detail. The Customer Service Desk Launcher helps us in managing customer queries with great efficiency. Status tracking of tickets and automated email and SMS notifications remains the most efficient features in this launcher and helps our team to more proactive in solving our customer queries.

**What do you dislike about Orgzit?**

Customizations in the existing launchers are a bit difficult. We used it for customer support functionality it was really great. For other functions and process, there are different powerful dashboard available but a mix of functionality in a single dashboard is not possible.
