**What do you like best about OrgTools?**

As Salesforce admin, data back up is an ongoing issue of worrying. OrgTools provides satisfaction of mind by providing native and secure read and write copying along with back up of all Salesforce data and metadata.

**What do you dislike about OrgTools?**

It does not have advanced reporting capabilities. I can’t easily look at the archive history and do not have instruments for generating the required reports by different data segments.

**What problems is OrgTools solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find OrgTools as an important tool helping me manage the Salesforce administration efficiently. The automated console prevents errors within the backup mechanism and ensures that recovery is available when needed.
