**What do you like best about Edison?**

It was a one stop management system for me as a school principal. I could check teachers planners, children's grades and the profiles of all the staff through it.The best part of the system is the extraordinary customer service they provide.

**What do you dislike about Edison?**

Orbund takes a little while getting used to. There are so many features that sometimes the teachers get overwhelmed.

**Recommendations to others considering Edison:**

It takes sometime getting used to so go slow. The customer support is phenomenal and the online chat is a great tool. Explore features slowly so as not to get overwhelmed.

**What problems is Edison solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The communication between teachers and parents, and between the management and teachers is all documented. This is a great feature.
