"Centralized Sales Visibility and Automation with Strong Analytics in Oracle Sales Cloud"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Oracle Sales Cloud?

The most helpful aspect of Oracle Sales Cloud is its ability to centralize customer, sales, and pipeline information in a single platform, giving sales teams clearer visibility into opportunities and customer interactions. Its automation features help streamline lead management, forecasting, and core sales processes, improving productivity and consistency across the team. Other key upsides include strong reporting and analytics, better collaboration between teams, improved customer relationship management, mobile accessibility for sales teams on the go, and integration with other Oracle applications to support end-to-end business operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Sales Cloud?

One drawback of Oracle Sales Cloud is that it can be expensive, particularly once licensing, implementation, customization, and ongoing support are all factored in. Some organizations also find the platform complex to configure and maintain, which can increase dependence on technical specialists or Oracle consultants. Support quality can be inconsistent, with some users reporting slower issue resolution and a cumbersome escalation process. Although Oracle has introduced AI-driven capabilities such as predictive analytics and recommendations, some users feel these features still need tuning and are not yet as mature or intuitive as those in competing CRM platforms. "Effective Sales Tracking, Affordable and Easy Setup"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Oracle Sales Cloud?

I like that Oracle Sales Cloud is a one-stop solution for all of my sales activities. It readily fits within my financial budget, which is a huge advantage. The setup was easy because the user guides explained everything step by step, and the consultants helped us on a timely basis during implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Sales Cloud?

I think Oracle Sales Cloud could be improved with the introduction of new modules. These modules might be free or create value over time for Oracle, but for customers, they would be essential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Usable Built-In AI That Guides Sales Reps with Predictive Analytics"
5/5
What do you like best about Oracle Sales Cloud?

Built-in AI that’s actually usable

Oracle leans heavily into predictive analytics—lead scoring, opportunity forecasting, and next-best-action suggestions. It’s not just dashboards; it actively guides sales reps on what to do next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Sales Cloud?

It can feel overly complex (especially at first)

This is probably the biggest complaint. The platform is powerful, but that comes with a steep learning curve and a lot of moving parts. New users often struggle to get comfortable with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Digital Marketing cum Product Owner"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Oracle Sales Cloud?

What I like best is that the integration with Oracle Marketing Cloud isn't just a basic sync; it’s a shared data model. We can finally see which campaigns actually converted into revenue, not just clicks. It provides a 'single source of truth' that allows us to calculate true ROI on marketing spend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Sales Cloud?

Creating custom reports often feels like a technical task rather than a quick drag-and-drop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust CRM Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Oracle Sales Cloud?

It provides a well-rounded CRM experience that helps streamline lead management, sales forecasting and customer engagement. Its flexibility in customization allows us consultants, to tailor dashboards and workflows to their specific sales processes. The integration with other Oracle tools and third party platforms makes it easy to maintain data consistency across the organization. The interface is very intuitive after setup, and I find it useful for tracking opportunities and automating repetitive sales tasks. Customer support has also been responsive whenever we needed technical assistance, which keeps operations running smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Oracle Sales Cloud?

Sometimes it feels a bit heavy during the initial implementation phase and some customizations require technical expertise. While it’s feature-rich, performance can slow down with large datasets, especially when running complex reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Strong straightforward instrument to work with deals people and outreach groups, and administration people and organizations. Complex stage that can present and crunch information conveniently from the entire organization and association, in addition to outer/non-claimed information. Simple natural utilization of the instrument (program and portable application), doesn't require unique preparation to utilize any of it. Ultimately, lower cost than most, I get it's least expense for its classification. Who could want anything more in this item? Top quality, minimal expense, solid rumored maker for coherence. For the designers too the structure is basic and strong.
