**What do you like best about Optymyze?**

What I appreciate most about this instrument is that it allows for effective and transparent management of employee salaries and bonuses. In addition to helping us facilitate communication between the human resources service and staff, another feature that attracts us is that we have analytical tools to identify areas for improvement in the management and administration of resources.

**What do you dislike about Optymyze?**

Well, what is a fairly effective tool, we ourselves have the possibility to name that the only choice we make is that it is inexpensive to create and maintain. However, regardless of this detail, this tool is quite comprehensive since it provides detailed and personalized reports on personnel management and results in remuneration matters.

**What problems is Optymyze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool helps us a lot in our work and allows us to make decisions related to human capital management. It allows us to set clear and measurable objectives for each collaborator. However, in other words, what helps us the most are the detailed and personalized relationships regarding the management and remuneration of employees.

**What do you like best about Optymyze?**

It's undoubtedly a very logical solution. It integrates well with existing tools, is easy to use, and has an intuitive UI.I've had a lot easier time understanding performance and other information thanks to its insightful reports, and my team has been quite supportive.Its adaptability, customization, and no-code features let you promptly recognize, monitor, and analyze commercial prospects and endeavors. I heartily suggest this tool because it provides insights into sales results and facilitates team communication and data sharing across multiple platforms

**What do you dislike about Optymyze?**

Not pet-peeves or dislike so far.
Serves the purpose.

**What problems is Optymyze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

mostly employed to evaluate sales results. The reports were simple to read. Furthermore, it made it possible for us to automate a number of processes in my workplace. As an operations director, my coworkers rely on me to find rapid, cost-effective solutions to problems, and so far, Optymyze has allowed me to accomplish all of this without causing any disruption.

**What do you like best about Optymyze?**

You will find it quite versatile, customizable, with no-code capabilities that allow you to quickly identify, track and optymyze business opportunities and ventures. It gives insights into sales performances and also allows for team collaboration and data  sharing across various platforms. A sensible solution for sure.

**What do you dislike about Optymyze?**

It does have some downsides like limited scalability, pricing flexibility, 3rd party resources. But there's room for improvement i think.

It's good for tracking sales performance, tracking and optimizing business opportunities and ventures, and processing compensation.

**What do you like best about Optymyze?**

It possesses the capability to compute intricate plans involving complex sales crediting rules. It offers the capacity to accurately align quotas with performance metrics, providing visibility from operational levels to executive leadership.

**What do you dislike about Optymyze?**

At that point, the front-end reporting functions received support from a third-party platform. This posed challenges in independently generating reports, leading to dependence on Optymyze for such tasks. The feature enabling territory mapping resembles ZS Associates' Territory Designer, permitting the delineation of areas and the creation of speculative scenarios.

**What problems is Optymyze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The suitability of Optymyze depends on the intricacy of your sales process, sales crediting structure, and the scale of your workforce. Small or uncomplicated organizations, where the selling-to-incentive process is straightforward—sell a product or service and receive payment—might find Optymyze excessive for their needs. Conversely, organizations with multiple overlapping sales structures and intricate sales processes stand to gain significant advantages from a platform like Optymyze.

UI is easy to understand, reports helped me understand performance and other information much easily, and got great support from team.

No dislikes, it would be grate if they provide
free trail.

Mainly used to check sales performance. Reports were easy to understand.

**What do you like best about Optymyze?**

Its interface is quite easy to understand, in a matter of a few minutes I was able to understand in a simple way all the necessary fundamentals to manage with this application in a fairly fast and simple way, in addition to that it has helped me greatly to improve several internal processes of the company where I work, since I am the manager in the systems part and they always ask me to find accessible solutions to solve any performance problem that exists and Optymyze has given me good results so far in all areas in the ones that I have used (administration, sales, customer service, marketing ...)

**What do you dislike about Optymyze?**

The analytical data they present is quite complete, however I think they could have a better distribution so that the reports are more user-friendly to look at.

**What problems is Optymyze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mainly to help the automation of various areas in the company where I work, since as a systems manager they live looking for me to solve problems quickly, efficiently and economically and so far I can do all this with Optymyze without any kind of inconvenience.

**What do you like best about Optymyze?**

I like how in depth Optymyze is when it comes to breaking down my commission. I can go in and sort several different ways between pure revenue, connects, company incentives, etc.

**What do you dislike about Optymyze?**

Optymyze has a lot of features that other commission tools like Synergy doesn’t have. But, it can be very confusing if you don’t know how to navigate the website. While it has great options for viewing different parts of your commission, I think a more sleek GUI would pair well. 

**What problems is Optymyze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Optymyze helps me keep up with my sales each month. I can go in and see exact connect dates, cancellations, how I’m stacked against my competitors, and total payout. I have used my ranking and stack performance tool to improve my sales.

**What do you like best about Optymyze?**

Seeing what sales are credited vs non-credited during the month vs after the month is closed. Having a consistent way of disputing non-credited sales.

**What do you dislike about Optymyze?**

If a person hasn't been trained in the application, it might be hard to understand. It is down sometimes at the beginning of the month. There is a portfolio data portion that needs to be updated it has been over a month and no portfolio data has been added, I don't know if it is Optymyze or our guys. Also if it isn't integrated up front either. I think my main beef is with how our lead3rship rolled it out.

**Recommendations to others considering Optymyze:**

Personally ever since it went live in my department, my team has had to file disputes and wait months to get them approved. So it has not been positive for me, I am sure they are great guys.

**What problems is Optymyze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am the end user, so it has solved the way I would dispute by non-credited sales, by doing the dispute during the month than waiting until after the month is closed. Probably for management, it is another tool with awesome reports.

When you get trained on the system, you can find it user friendly. Plus, there’s a great service behind the scenes. 
If there’s an issue they know how to handle it very well

**What do you dislike about Optymyze?**

The system can be hardly intuitive if you’re not trained well

Great service if that’s important to you.

You have the control to manage E2E performance & incentives process with great service if you need support

**What do you like best about Optymyze?**

You can view your bonus payout, and it is supposed to have some nice reporting features.   

**What do you dislike about Optymyze?**

It is "down" a lot, the robust reporting capabilities are a little lack luster for the end user.  My compensation or management may love it but it seems to be more hype than substance. 

**Recommendations to others considering Optymyze:**

If you are going to implement, make sure your end users get properly trained. 

**What problems is Optymyze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is supposed to provide up to date bonus payout and allow for "What if " scenarios.  I have not realized any benefits.

Easy to use, intuitive interface, seamless integration with current tools. Company-wide was accepted.

Not much I can say about any dislikes or people who didn't enjoy it.

Solves both the sales performance and operations aspects of each. Allowed us to view everything in an easy to understand and clear format.

They have a very responsive, flexible support staff.  The team at Synergy really listens to the needs of their customers

**What do you dislike about Optymyze?**

There is a long lead time to get a system up and running. While necessary, I think it may be a little excessive.

**Recommendations to others considering Optymyze:**

Make sure you have your expectations both realistic to your needs and capabilities.  Oprymyze is very good at making sure your needs are met, however, you have to have a game plan in advance of collaborating with them. 

**What problems is Optymyze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Combining legacy systems and data streams.  A unique sales offering and commission and bonus calculation.
