I like the ability to team across these groups in a single platform. When I have questions regarding the OpsAudit module, the user community and helpdesk have been a great resource. We use the tool daily and are continuing to explore additional features like Workstream. **What do you dislike about Optro?** Some of the OpsAudit functionality changes have caught us by surprise, added clicks to existing processes, and required me to go back and update our training materials for the team. Also, customer support can be a significant effort with endless references to recordings, classes, etc..and long lead times to diagnose, escalate, and address business impacting issues. The various model allows you to build the solution and tailor it to your needs. What amazed me the most was the Academy program and the community that supports you before and after your implementation Project. After few moths into use the whole company already feels the impact expecially on the reactivness towards issues Action Plans! We use Audit board daily both for fieldwork and Audit Management. After 6 months in the system we are still Improving our process thanks to the features of the system and the constant updates and new functionalities offered **What do you dislike about Optro?** If I have to find a weakness to the system is the management of pictures that are very important in our audit process. **What problems is Optro solving and how is that benefiting you?** From a total absence of an audit solution obviously audit board allowed us to streamline our process. The various tool integrated in the system allowed us to model almost perfectly our previous way of working. It is very easy to learn, and there are numerous ways you can learn more: help articles, community, webinars (some of which offer CPE credits!), and weekly office hours. **What do you dislike about Optro?** It's a lot of work to get things set up the first time. It also seems unnecessarily complex to perform maintenance (changing a control name or moving it to a new process). **What problems is Optro solving and how is that benefiting you?** AuditBoard solves the problem of maintaining risks and audits in the same place. Often, audits get put in numerous SharePoint folders or saved to people's hard drives. There are also some windows/ tabs that have additional click steps. For instance, I am not sure why the evidence request cannot be launched from the control. It seems that it has to be set up separately and then linked to the control. The worst thing about AuditBoard is when proposing issues the team closes and disregards if they do not have the resources to address.
