The best part was that it was always a pleasure talking to them for a brief on a subject of common interests and found their point of view not only valuable but opening the door of new learning for me and all concerned. Very very informative and a pleasure working with. **What do you dislike about Protiviti?** Only downside is that they provide more information than requested..:)... **What problems is Protiviti solving and how is that benefiting you?** Credit risk management and a great lot of changes in the way we looked at credit risk and have changed our policies and credit profile of the accounts ### 5.
