OptionCs Catholic-focused school management system provides schools and diocesan offices across the country with grade books, assignments, online lesson plans, report cards and more. Yet only OptionC adds features and functionality specific to Catholic schools and typically at no cost to the schools.

**What do you like best about OptionC?**

It is quite difficult to consider the positives of OptionC when then are so many limitations to the program. Perhaps the directories are the most likable.

**What do you dislike about OptionC?**

OptionC is cumbersome to use and because this is a custom-coded platform, they are not very open to allowing tracking and you cannot integrate with anything. Everything opens in a new tab and because this is managed by a small team, they have a very limited support team which can take 1-2 days to respond on some days.

**What problems is OptionC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is meant to be an all-in-one solution for a school management system from communication and grades to billing and scheduling.

**What do you like best about OptionC?**

OptionC originally took some time getting used to, but I found it to be one of the most efficient grade management systems to utilize. Assignments were easy to create and copy between classes. Grades were simply entered. 

**What do you dislike about OptionC?**

I last used this software in 2015 so this may have changed. My only negative comment would be regarding the layout of the site. The layout was simple and block-like. It was not a very dynamic interface.

**Recommendations to others considering OptionC:**

I thoroughly enjoyed using this site. I would suggest it for other schools. I

**What problems is OptionC solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I used OptionC to input grades and attendance and to create report cards.
