It is quite difficult to consider the positives of OptionC when then are so many limitations to the program. Perhaps the directories are the most likable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
OptionC is cumbersome to use and because this is a custom-coded platform, they are not very open to allowing tracking and you cannot integrate with anything. Everything opens in a new tab and because this is managed by a small team, they have a very limited support team which can take 1-2 days to respond on some days.
