If you're looking to try new things, I strongly recommend going through Optimizely. It features a powerful data engine a suite for feature experiments and a lot of targeting and audience options. Also there have been almost no problems or breaks in service throughout the years. Further, we have been satisfied with the professional help and tools for such help; the tools at least make work on support and problem tickets easier. As I said before, communication problems are usually caused by the way the business works. One example of this is the feature experimentation tool, also known as server-side experimentation, which is hard for users with a low amount of knowledge about technology to use.
