What do you like best about Optimizely One?

I like optimizely's flexibility to measure along many metrics - the many ways to slice, dice, and visualize the data are helpful. Being able to send slack notifications is also a plus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Optimizely One?

I wish there was more visibility into how top ranked metrics are measured more accurately than lower ranked metrics. Also the UX was confusing when I first started using it. I wish it were easier to enter the results page from the experiment page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For one of our customers, we've used Optimizely DXP (previously Episerver CMS) in order to integrate our SaaS application as an add-on. There are many limitations. For some campaigns that we would like to run, it would require the companies back end engineers to deploy. IT would be nice to retro-target users who may not have entered a flow on my own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
