**What do you like best about OptimisPT?**

The program is fairly self-explanatory and user friendly. Especially if the user has some knowledge of other scheduling software.

**What do you dislike about OptimisPT?**

The program has many limitations. I would love it if you could add notes to individual visits, but currently the user can only add notes to the patient.

**What problems is OptimisPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The pop-up note feature is a life saver. I believe its a fairly new feature, but having the ability to make a note pop up before scheduling a patient is wonderful.

**What do you like best about OptimisPT?**

 The software has all the components necessary to produce compliance documentation, and also track all necessary prescriptions and Authorizations

**What do you dislike about OptimisPT?**

It has limited ability to integrate with other software’s

**What problems is OptimisPT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were previously on another EMR platform and though it’s served the other specialties within our multidisciplinary practice, it was very limited on some of the PT specific needs. Optimis PT provides those specific components
