What do you like best about Opsgenie?

Really like the clear voice when reacting to alerts through the phone, also never had troubles finding tool integration and its easy to create new teams with custom schedule Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opsgenie?

biggest drawback I would say is global policies sometimes they work in a odd way and I think some sort of test environment would be extremely nice to have because testing new policies some times gets annoying Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It works well with other Atlassian products. I love the Jira integration a lot. Additionally, it has a lot of integrations other than Atlassian products, which is also a very nice thing to have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opsgenie?

Nothing much but if I were to switch from the Atlassian environment, I am afraid it will not work as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"OpsGenie - Perfect on call handling for your OOH team."
4/5
What do you like best about Opsgenie?

Clear information as to who is on call and when as well as the apps ability to switch your device from silent mode to loud when you go on call. This makes a huge difference as we ALL know that one person who didn't notice, had their phone on silent then slept through a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opsgenie?

Not exactly visually appealing, while not a major issue it does make that on-call notification all the more depressing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
