"Easy to use, and reliable on-call management"
4/5
What do you like best about Opsgenie?

Opsgenie is easy to set up for our main on-call rotation. It's also able to be used to create scheduling rotations for other schedule types when the schedule might be a bit out of the ordinary Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opsgenie?

Some of the customised scheduling where the rotation is a bit out of the ordinary, set up can be a bit confusing, and to get it to work, the schedule is built almost unconventionally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Opsgenie as names suggest some moments are always remembered when any defects come & catch by anyone, we say OPS - Reporting defects & tracking them are the best of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opsgenie?

The notification part annoys everyone, there is no way to stop particular notification to individual. Other thing are some features may not work as expected due to integration permission. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Opsgenie?

Opsgenie is a good platform when it comes to raising, managing and monitoring incidents with capability to send alerts and schedule escalations across the development and operations teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opsgenie?

It is little bit tough to get the hang of the user interface and functionalities when starting with it for the first time. Other than that, I do not see any issues with the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable and simple to use."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Opsgenie?

Love the ability to see who's on-call, especially for other teams, we can quickly reach out to other support areas to alert them right from the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opsgenie?

The alert by a phone number should be part of the base package. Certain folks just don't have a readily available email channel to send an alert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
