"Opsgenie for oncall duty"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Opsgenie?

Atlassian product hence its popular and its UI/UX is familiar. Great integration with Atlassian suite of products. Almost all must-have features are present. Not so costly license fee. Good integration with other messaging apps like Slack, MS Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opsgenie?

UI/UX is not on par with PagerDuty. Some advanced features missing which are present in PD. Call volume increases to phone maximum value which is very annoying. Some AI can be used to provide more background of the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Opsgenie is a key tool for our business"
5/5
What do you like best about Opsgenie?

What I like best about Opsgenie is that it automates all my incident processes. I don´t have to worry about if my team got the alerts or is assigned correctly, Opsgenie manages all that for me in a simple way. Anybody can setup Opsgenie. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opsgenie?

What I don't like about Opsgenie is that it doesn't give me a Microsoft Teams option for the incident conference room, my organization does not use Zoom so that feature is not useful to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A good tool for alert management"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Opsgenie?

I appreciate the ease of use for setting up alerts to come to my phone via call and text plus hitting our on-call slack room. The integrations help keep us on top of our servers and stability so we can respond quickly to issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opsgenie?

I sometimes become very frustrated by trying to setup a good on-call rotation and getting the right cadence for day vs. night shift. It takes several tweaks to set it the way I want it whenever I add a new person to the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable centralised source for alerting on incidents"
4/5
What do you like best about Opsgenie?

It accepts events from many systems. It has out-of-the-box support for different data sources via various integration methods. It can send alerts to multiple destinations, for example, email and Slack channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opsgenie?

Depending on your access level, you may only be able to see your team's alerts. While this makes sense, it also means that the settings, for example Integrations, are under the Teams menu item, which is a bit out of the ordinary compared to most applications. Once you find this out it is not so bad but it is something that needs to be explained to new joiners because it is not obvious. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The ultimate product for monitoring -Opsgenie"
5/5
What do you like best about Opsgenie?

Opsgenie is one place where we can put all our production and development servers and configure the appropriate templates, proxies, etc., for them and monitor them efficiently. The additional feature of Opsgenie is that we can put a phone call or SMS alert whenever we get a specific priority alert like P1 or P2 whenever it triggers in Opsgenie. Opsgenie helps to avoid outages in production systems by informing the team about any server which needs to be fixed before the customer gets the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Opsgenie?

I have been working on Opsgenie for two years and as per my experience, if we have put all the templates, groups, proxies, and macros configuration correctly, then there is no chance of missing an alert. So there is nothing I can dislike about Opsgenie. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
