ManageEngine OpManager is easy to use and gives a clear view of the entire network in one place. The dashboards are simple and visual, so it’s quick to spot issues. Setup is fast, alerts are helpful, and it offers a lot of features for the price. Overall, it’s a reliable tool that makes network monitoring much less stressful. It can feel a bit complex at times, especially when configuring advanced features and also reports and alerts sometimes need extra tuning, and performance can slow down in larger environments otherwise it is perfect for network monitoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Network Visibility in One View"

What do you like best about OpManager Nexus?

I really like the spider web view of my entire network in a single view with OpManager Nexus. It's great because from one view, rather than different dashboards, I can see exactly where my problem lies and fix the root cause. Also, the setup was smooth since everything is self-explanatory. "Proactive Network Monitoring with Improved Visibility and Faster Incident Resolution"
5/5
What do you like best about OpManager Nexus?

What I like best about ManageEngine OpManager is its practical usability in day-to-day operations. The interface is simple enough for L1 teams to handle alerts, yet powerful enough for deeper troubleshooting when needed. It gives clear visibility of device health, bandwidth usage, and interface status in one place, which reduces the time spent switching between tools. The alerting system is reliable and customizable, helping us respond quickly to outages or performance issues. Overall, it balances functionality and ease of use without being overly complex or expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpManager Nexus?

One area that could be improved in ManageEngine OpManager is the reporting and dashboard customization. While the tool provides many built-in reports, creating highly customized or executive-level reports sometimes requires extra effort and is not always very flexible. This can impact management presentations, as teams may need to export data and manually adjust it in Excel.

Another limitation is alert noise. If thresholds are not fine-tuned properly, OpManager can generate a high number of alerts, especially in large environments. This may lead to alert fatigue for the operations team and increases the time required to filter out non-critical notifications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Monitoring Solution with Minor Learning Curve"
5/5
What do you like best about OpManager Nexus?

OPManager is its intuitive and user-friendly interface combined with powerful monitoring capabilities. The platform provides real-time visibility into network devices, servers, applications, and performance metrics, which helps quickly identify and resolve issues. I also appreciate the customizable dashboards, automated alerts, and detailed reporting features that make day-to-day monitoring and troubleshooting much easier and more efficient. Additionally, integration with other ManageEngine products enhances overall IT management and provides a seamless experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OpManager Nexus?

The setup and configuration can be a bit complex, especially for new users. Some advanced features require additional licensing, and a few areas like reporting and customization could be more user-friendly. Improving scalability and UI responsiveness would make the experience even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
