**What do you like best about OplaCRM?**

I just wanted to share how OplaCRM has really transformed my sales process. It has all the usual CRM features, but what I love most are its sales-focused tools. The pipeline management features are super user-friendly and have made it so much easier for me to track deals and make accurate forecasts. I’m especially fond of the healthscore feature, as it gives me a clear overview of my relationships with accounts and contacts. This has been a huge help in prioritizing my efforts and strengthening my connections!

**What do you dislike about OplaCRM?**

While it is a promising tool, it currently lacks robust automation features. A lot of tasks still need some manual input, which can take quite a bit of time. That said, I totally get that the software is still in its early stages, and the awesome development team is on the ball, working hard to roll out new features. With all the regular updates, I’m really hopeful about what’s to come and how much more efficient it can get!

**What problems is OplaCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

OplaCRM has been instrumental in addressing our team's challenges with lead management and sales pipeline visibility. Before using OplaCRM, we struggled to keep track of potential customers, resulting in lost opportunities. Now, with OplaCRM's robust lead scoring, we can effectively qualify leads, prioritize follow-ups, and streamline our sales process. This has significantly improved our sales efficiency and increased our conversion rates. Additionally, the platform's reporting capabilities provide valuable insights into our sales performance, enabling us to make data-driven decisions.

Gamification: Applies game elements to the sales process to increase motivation and engagement of the sales team.

Simple and user-friendly interface: Makes it easy for users to access and get acquainted with the software.

OplaCRM has multi-price but do not have auto payment

Oplacrm helps me make faster and more informed sales decisions with competitor analysis metrics and health scores
