It's easy to set up, and participants can also use it very easily. There's lots of room for customization, and it really solved our problem with ranking. It helps identify high-value customer problems into actionable insights for product managers. It is supported by articles and how-to's that enable a smooth integration. Customer support is amazing, in case articles don't explain it. The interface makes it engaging for your participants to fill out the survey. Huge worth for any team that wants to be user-centric. **What do you dislike about OpinionX?** The tool is still adding features that are most useful to its users, which is amazing. Some data exporting needs are more manual, but I could make a request and have that data sent over. **What problems is OpinionX solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps me quantify at scale the presence of user needs and problems that I have identified in interviews or other market conversations. That way, internal teams know what is the most important thing to work on solving for our customers. It helps quickly collect data in an engaging way. It's like a Typeform on steroids. I had my ranking order survey ready to go in minutes! Their customer service is outstanding. Not only did they have a quick response, but they were immediately able to address my issue in a thoughtful way. Update: Recipients of my OpinionX survey told me it was the "easiest rank and sort" they have ever done and thought it was a "cool" software! **What do you dislike about OpinionX?** So far, nothing. Only one recommendation: on my android, I couldn't seem to tap for the reorder, but the drag-and-drop worked great. **What problems is OpinionX solving and how is that benefiting you?** I needed to have board members rank priority items in different categories. Respondents just have to pick one over another, which is way easier to answer. Their algorithm does the rest. In the end you have a ranked list of problems, features or whatever you would like to rank. As a startup founder this has helped me to spend our limited time and money on things our users actually want. **What do you dislike about OpinionX?** The first time I used this survey, I forgot to segment and ended up with some bias that caused us to work around a problem not as big as we thought. They offer ways to segment though, so this is more a negative on my initial approach than on OpinionX. Thanks to their great support and good guides I feel like both my wordings and results became a lot better over time. **What problems is OpinionX solving and how is that benefiting you?** "What should we build (next)?" Nobody has time or money to build everything and people will often be positive about anything you suggest. OX helped me to get a clear view about what mattered the most in our target audience. ### 9.
