This would be the best place for the SMB and the Enterprise who do not have any challenge in sharing the data. Only challenge that I see is with organizations with conservative strategy of holding support in house. **What do you dislike about OpenText Process Automation?** To put the dislike ... one has to look into all the services provided by Open Text Contract Centre. Looking at the services it wont me possible to dislike something. But it is good that the survey is asking for dislike which other platforms dont. **What problems is OpenText Process Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?** Open Test Contract is having a wide range of products and services where if one brand is not able to solve the requirement of an enterprise they can choose the other brand without changing the service provider. ### 2.
