**What do you like best about OpenText NetIQ Identity Governance?**

Ability to collect accounts and permissions very easy and simple, In addition, some validation logic can be included.
Role creation through mining is too useful and also for SoD rules.
Risk core configuration and reviews is great.

**What do you dislike about OpenText NetIQ Identity Governance?**

It is a new tool, so support and instability are points that microfocus should improve. Additionally the installation is not simple and there may be bugs difficult to solve.

**What problems is OpenText NetIQ Identity Governance solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With revisions (in accounts and permissions) you would avoid fraud, the correct assignment of permissions allows to speed up the time lost in assigning them.
