**What do you like best about OpenText Legal Knowledge Management?**

Boolean searching through emails and documents via our DM system is amazingly fast. Even the crazy searches (ie. I got an email from someone named Smith in 2009 about a mortgage) comes back fast. And you can preview the document and open it right from within Decisiv.

**What do you dislike about OpenText Legal Knowledge Management?**

Really disappointed in Open Text's native search - they integrated a whole new product AND CHARGE US FOR IT!!

**What problems is OpenText Legal Knowledge Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives our attorneys the ability to find documents otherwise forgotten about. Retrieves and displays documents fast so no time is wasted looking for answers to someone on the phone.
