It was nice that we could take site visitors that we knew were interested in finding a job on our job board, and send them job alerts for jobs relevant to the one they clicked on. When we took a lookalike audience of matched emails and ran our same ad on that lookalike audience, we were able to boost the match rates to 36%. The one thing I did not like about opensend is we could not filter matched emails by the pages they had visited. It would have been nice if we could filter the emails by what pages they visited so that we can get emails that clicked on a job post and retarget those users specifically with emails more frequently.
