What do you like best?

I got to work on OB at my workplace and prior to that I did not know about it but I would say that I got hold of it very quickly due to its user friendly interface Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Some times it would reboot by itself so the ongoing task would be disrupted due to it. But Im not sure if it was due to the system or the software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using openbravo for a customer who has a lot of customised solution request. Their biggest challenge is a requirement of flexible BOM, which Openbravo doesn't support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1. Very Robust

2. Most of the functionality that is required by a SMB is already there in the community edition out o f box.

3. API's are available for the functionality to extend the platform.

1. User interface is not user friendly..

2. The client used makes it difficult to build customizations within the software > learning curve is steep.

1. THe user interface takes a while to get adjusted to. In the trail version involve your end users to get their opinion of the User interface as they are the users who use it for most of the time. Take a buy-in from them before going ahead with other considerations.
