# What is the easiest way to upgrade? When and if the time comes that we are looking to expand services in this store, add Ooma to our other stores, or upgrade our membership altogether, what do you recommend the easiest way to start that process is? # Have you considered allowing a general mailbox or general fax? When someone calls the main number, they don't always know who they need to speak with.
