**What do you like best about onPhase?**

I like onPhase's very easy-to-use interface, which makes navigating the payable system simple and stress-free. Additionally, the tech support is really awesome, providing great assistance whenever needed. I find the ad hoc reporting quite valuable, as it allows us to customize reports that aren't readily available, making data management more flexible and personalized. The initial setup process of onPhase was also a very easy process for our team.

**What do you dislike about onPhase?**

Sometimes we have trouble when an employee leaves and our system doesn't update quick enough, so it still goes to that person. However, it's nice that after we update our system, it reroutes the invoice.

**What problems is onPhase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use onPhase for automatic routing and figuring out who needs to approve invoices, ensuring our structured approval system works smoothly. It ensures approvals are correct and timely.

There is a history of transactions.  This identifies who did what and when.  There is a notes section that provides a space for the why.

**What do you dislike about onPhase?**

Credit Memos / NON-PO invoices cannot reference or be associated with a PO for later look-up.

**What problems is onPhase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Matching invoice to Purchase Order and receipts information.  This makes processes invoices and approvals of invoices easy.  Storage / record of invoices - they are attached to the invoice entry and are retrievable at any time.

**What do you like best about onPhase?**

I really like the visibility of invoices at all stages with onPhase. It helps me know where an invoice is at a certain state, which was a big issue before since we didn't know whether we received the invoice or if there was just a delay. Setting up onPhase was pretty easy, and I loved the implementation consultant we worked with.

**What do you dislike about onPhase?**

EDI failed invoices need better visibility. We need a dashboard so you can see what invoices failed EDI.

**What problems is onPhase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

onPhase solves outsourcing AP functions and delayed invoice posting issues. It provides visibility of invoices at all stages, so I know where an invoice is at a certain state, eliminating previous uncertainties about receiving them.

DocuPhase purchased the service we have been using for years. It has been a seamless transition and they have provided much needed updates to the program. Their support team is easy to reach out to as well.

One drawback of OnPhase is the lack of a feature to add notes. This becomes particularly inconvenient when approving invoices, as I often need to include additional information or comments, but there's no option to do so.

I have found that the way onPhase seperates documents such as invoices and credits helps enormously by helping to distinguish between the two.

Timeouts, I sometimes find that I time out if I have a large amount of documents selected, though I have seen an improvement in this.

It's pretty straightforward to use, and there are lots of great features! Customer service is always friendly and responds really quickly. I use the software daily to organize files and create workflows for other employees to do their part.

**What do you dislike about onPhase?**

I wish they would allow you to delete pages of a document. They used to have this feature within the software, but then there was a bug, and no resolution was ever found.

They keep all of our files organized and cloud based so we have access from anywhere we need.

Working with the engineers is always amazing.  They are smart, quick, helpful, and want to do a great job.

**What do you dislike about onPhase?**

Implementation was slow and laborious.  The project managers seem to be overloaded and have a really hard time getting back to you.  What we thought would be a three month process took over 9 months.

**What problems is onPhase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

onPhase directly integrates with our ERP system.  We now OCR our invoices, three way match through econnect, and use their payment portal.  They have made individualized connections for us to upload from our expense system and are always helpful in coming up with solutions.

**What do you like best about onPhase?**

I can't say enough positive things about our sales rep, Iain, and our implementation and support team Ryan, Gil, and Megan!  The fact that I know their names and they know mine, and I can still access them when I have questions or need ideas for solutions on another challenge as we learn their products- is a refreshing change from most software companies I deal with.  I have both the workflow forms/tools, and document storage for our Public School District.  I love that I can use this software independently of our archaic (we are talking DOS based) systems, or with a State-wide software program that isn't the easiest to navigate.  We were able to use Docuphase products to take our paper systems digital as our district has grown, and have really revolutionized how we can communicate securely with parents and stay HIPAA and FERPA compliant.  Their team assisted me with School Board approval, was available in real time virtually to assist if the community or staff had questions, and recorded our personalized training sessions so we could refrence them as new staff onboards.

**What do you dislike about onPhase?**

The biggest challenges I had early on were that the workflow tools were originally designed to let you be your own tech help.  With the incredibly diverse responsibilities required of my position, that was not always the best solution for me.  The team at Docuphase listened to my frustrations, and built a support package around my needs that was still cheaper than paying me to learn the back end of the system.  They have been a great partner to work with, they save our district time and money, and are willing to put customer feedback into action with updates and additional support tiers as needed.

Docuphase is solving our paper to digital battle as Public School Corporations are a mix of both.  And the time consuming burden of reconciling credit card charges with our accounting software.

I like that you can have all your invoices in one place and have users that can login and view.  It can be a pain when you are constantly having to send copies to your processors, so this gives them that access.

Sometimes there is a lag when denying and re-fliping invoices.

The onPhase workflow solution is a powerful, low code solution with a lot of flexibility. You can create dynamic forms and routing.

There is no parallel processing withing the workflow. It requires some creative workarounds to resolve committee approvals.

Ability to lessen the paper usage and view invoices electronically.  Sets an approver process in place and streamlines the AP process.

Site errors, lack of professional and technical training for new users.

Getting away from manual AP processes that involves heavy paper. We now can see invoices electronically and also show an audit trail of approvers. We like the ability to view past documents up electronically.

My company is in the onboarding process of onPhase, but they have catered to our abstract wants and need and provide wonderful, interactive training to ensure we have the system set up exactly to how it will work for our company.

**What do you dislike about onPhase?**

We have not encountered anything to dislike!

Missing invoices in the shuffle, ease of access to workflows of all incoming invoices.

**What do you like best about onPhase?**

We use the workflow product from Docuphase. I have found that it is a very powerful product that connects to our multiple databases and also to Microsoft Sharepoint. The software is intuitive and easy to use. The customer support is good.

**What do you dislike about onPhase?**

Although it is touted as low-code or no-code workflows, most of our workflows are complex and must be created by IT using javascript instead of the rule builder.

**What problems is onPhase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are moving all of our paper processes to workflows for more effecient processing and better accountability.

It took a bit to set up initially but was well worth the effort. The onPhase team was was there to help us every step of the way.

Getting invoices to the proper location and department quickly.

I use DocuPhase on a daily basis an it makes it easy and fast to process invoices and get vendors paid in a timely mmaner, it is also a great tool for documentation purposes.

I have no bad things to say about the platform, other than duplicate invoices... it has gotten better over time..

**What problems is onPhase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we had DocuPhase all of our invoicing was don ein paper, after inplementation it has been life changing beacuse it makes the porcess faster and earsier to track invoices and payments. The platform is also verry easy to navige and to use. Anyone can be an expert within a few hoiurs of use.

Everything seems to be in the perfect spot. Documents and submit and everything is just laid out so well there's definitely an ease of using.

**What do you dislike about onPhase?**

Honestly, this is the best invoice processing service that I've used. I've never had any problems, never had to reach out to customer support. And I'm frequently using DocuPhase, it's great. Again, very user friendly!

It's making processing invoices so much simpler and quicker.

Mostly there are issues on my side.  But, I hate the 5 window limit because we have so many to go through.

onPhase helped automate our invoicing process.  No more tracking emails.  the audit trail is built into onPhase.

I think the OCR manage services could be better.

The project team was knowledgeable and demonstrated expertise in understanding our needs. The developers were responsive and adaptable, quickly addressing change requests. DocuPhase has streamlined our processes, saving our AP team time and resources.

Progress was sometimes slower than expected, with delays in completing tasks. The implementation process was bumpy and required extra effort to get up to speed.

I love how easy it is to verify invoices using DocuPhase. I can easily spot duplicates and tell if I have made a mistake.

Sometimes DocuPhase will push invoices through that do not belong on a certain PO. The automated system has a few kinks that need to be worked out!
